I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

The first thing I would recommend is to read and follow these instructions:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/
As you can tell, you need to make sure to download both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus and install them on your website to get started.
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear that things have not been as smooth as expected to add the calendar to your home page. I would love to help you with this topic.
There are 2 ways to achieve your goal:
- Making the calendar your home page:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-make-your-calendar-your-sites-home-page/
- Using a full view shortcode on your home page:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The short answer is yes. You can import it all.
You will only need to snag a license for our Event Aggregator service:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Ernesto,
I believe I have found the cause of the issue.
What was going on is that your default view was set to list view, but your only active view was the map view.
I simply checked the list view option under Events -> Settings -> Display and everything now seems to work.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Kris,
We do not have a trial period per se, but we have the next best thing: a 30 day refund policy (no matter what the reason is).
This should provide you with ample time to test things out.
Of course, please reach out if you have any question along the way.Have a great day!

It sounds like you might be using our Event Tickets plugins which is responsible for your tickets showing up as free.
You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top):Â https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/69f8a033fb614c78b3de45a197431135
But first to be extra safe, before making any changes to your functions.php file, you should make a backup of that file.
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you have encountered with the last update while using Site Origin’s page builder.
Major kudos on figuring this out and thank you for sharing your solution for everyone’s benefit.
As a side note, I would also recommend reaching out to the good folks behind the Site Origin page builder as well so that they are made aware of this.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have faced while trying to add a ticket.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing that I am noticing from your system information is that your PHPÂ memory_limit = -1. I would recommend reaching out to your web host to help fix that setting (a value of 30 or 300 is more common).
By the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the month view not working properly for you.
I would love to help you with this topic.I took a look at your website and it turns out that the link for February is showing up on my end.
Clicking on that link works, but takes a while (in fact, there is a slow network warning in the Google Developper console on my end).
Can you confirm if the link for February is indeed appearing on your end as well ?
Could you also please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!
