    Good evening Michel and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about these messages creeping up on your website. Yikes!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    First off, if you have not already done so, can you make sure everything in the following set up guide is correctly in place: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/

    Secondly, if you try embedding the full calendar on normal pages ( https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ ) do you still get that message ?

    If that does not change anything, and after a database and theme settings backup, could you temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen and see if the issue persists ? (some people use a maintenance page plugin for that purpose)

    Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Good evening Menno and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    As I am looking at your active licenses, it looks like this has already been taken care of.

    Is there anything else I can help you with ?

    Best regards,

    Good evening Craig and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    #tribe-events-content .tribe-events-tooltip h4 {
    font-size: 15px !important;
    text-transform: none !important;
    }

    Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,

    Good evening Katja and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered with the language files.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    1) All my translation files are in the right directory, but after an upgrade some of the strings are gone again. I always have to re-translate them with the Loco Translate Plugin. Why?

    To be honest, our language files took quite a beating during our latest releases.
    The good news is that we have found the cause of the issue and that things should be much smoother moving forward.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    In the meantime, you can always grab the latest language files here: http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects

    Another way around that is to leave your language files in /wp-content/languages/plugins/

    This will make sure they do not get overwritten by updates. The downside is that you will need to update them manually from the pot file using poedit every time there is an upgrade of our plugins.

    2) Where can I translate the ALL in the portfolio-categories to ALLE.
    http://esche.eu/programm/

    I am not sure exactly where that would be on that page. Could you expand on this ?

    3) Where can I translate the Title if the Calendar. The grammar is not right.
    http://esche.eu/kalender/kategorie/musik/heute/

    Normally, that would be done straight in the language files themselves.
    I am assuming you are talking about “Veranstaltungen im 2. Februar 2017”.

    Out of curiosity what grammar would be correct in this case ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Rupert and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the overlapping issue you are dealing with on your website.
    Yikes!

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    body .container_wrap .hr.avia-builder-el-last {
    display: block;
    height: auto;
    }

    Let me know how that goes.

    Good evening Emanuele and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the default page not displaying properly on your site. Yikes!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    There are 2 things you can do to fix that type of issue:

    1. Make sure you do not have an actual WordPress page named “prossimi eventi”. This is because the Calendar requires exclusivity of the https://www.eventimarcheoggi.it/prossimi-eventi/ URL.
    2. Try different settings for Events Template under Events -> Settings -> Display

    Let me know how that goes.

    Good evening Bart,

    Thank you for your answer.

    I am sorry your efforts were met with so many challenges and setbacks.

    Possibly of a importance: this is a multisite wordpress. The events plugins are not network activated and only used on the main site.

    Actually, you are 100% correct, this is totally important.
    Thank you for bringing it up.

    You can totally use a personal license on a multisite install, but it comes at a price: you will have to perform the updates manually.

    You can read about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/multisite-license/

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Lorraine,

    I am glad my answer helped.

    Is there by any chance a loader to upload events from a .csv file (just in case – not the end of the world if there is nothing!)

    Actually, there is a built-in CSV import functionality. Even in the free version.
    You can read about it here:

    1. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/importing-data-from-a-csv-file/
    2. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/

    The issue with that however is that it does not handle language assignment.
    This means that you will likely need to assign languages manually after the import.

    So in short, you do not really need aggregator for now 🙂

    Let me know how that goes.

    Good evening Quentin,

    Thank you for writing back.

    First off, I am super stoked that you found a solution. Kudos!

    With that in mind, I believe Sruthi is right. This is my bad.
    The Pro shortcodes will not allow 2 full calendar views on the same page.

    At best, you can have a widget shortcode and a full view shortcode.

    So a potential workaround would be to use the upcoming events widget shortcode (which is similar to the event list view) AND the full month view.

    Another solution would be to use both the third-party shortcode (https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-shortcode/) for the list view and Pro’s month view shortcode.

    In any case, is there anything else I can help you with Quentin ?

    Good evening Luthfi,

    You are right, the ticket will be gone.

    But, provided you:

    1. Are also using the required WPML  WooCommerce integration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-multilingual/
    2. Are not using the ?lang method
    3. Head over to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page and hit the “Set Language Information” button. In fact, you can simply hit all the cleanup buttons at the top of that page if you want that will also clear WPML’s cache

    You should see the ticket magically appear, next time you refresh your Edit event page.

    But as I said, this is officially unsupported for now and it is far from a good workaround.

    It is only something I have been able to do and some of our customers too.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.
