MemberHey there, TRC! Thanks for getting in touch. ๐
Good question. The Agenda View plugin was something we created as an example of how to customize the calendar quite a while ago and unfortunately isn’t something we maintain any longer. We took the tutorial down some time ago and don’t have any updated materials for it. Sorry about that!
If you’re looking to build your own template (and perhaps use the Agenda View plugin code as a starting point), I’d suggest referring to our Themer’s Guide as well as our documentation to get you going. We’re also always taking new feature suggestions over here if Year Viewย is something you’d like us to considerย in the future.
Sorry I don’t have more of a solid solution for you here, but I hope this helps point you in the right direction.
Cheers!

MemberHi there, Scott!
Sure thing, you can hide the price by adding this CSS to your theme’sย style.css file:
.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-schedule .tribe-events-divider, .single-tribe_events .tribe-events-schedule .tribe-events-cost { display: none; }Please give that a shot and let me know if it helps. ๐

MemberHello Carl, thanks for getting in touch!
Yes, there absolutely is a way to change the featured image size. The Events Calendar simply uses the default WordPress Featured Image functionality, so it pulls the same Featured Image size settings that are already on your site.
You can change the settings of your featured images in WordPress under Settings > Media. Change the dimensions of the Medium Size and this will take effect.
Otherwise, yes, CSS would be an alternative and you can target the image container using something like:
.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-image { width: 20%; /* or whatever size */ }Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐

MemberHi there, Steinar! Welcome to the forums and thanks for getting in touch. ๐
Good question. The easiest way to include the day of the week is to update your date format under Events > Settings > Display under the “Date Format Settings” section.
For example, you can add a lowercase L in the “Date without year” field (screenshot) to show the day of the week in the List View date range (screenshot).
Does that help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐

MemberHi there,ย Emilio! Thanks for getting in touch.
Good question. You can change the URL of the calendar by heading over to Events > Settings and changing the “Events URL slug” field to something else.
One tip is to make sure you are using pretty permalinks in your WordPress settings (Settings > General). You may also need to simply head over there and hit the “Save” button to for the change to take effect.
Cheers!

MemberHi there, Adrian! Thanks for getting in touch and welcome back to the forums. ๐
Yeah, that makes sense and it’s a good question. Have you considered categorizing these recurring events in the same Event Category, then linking directly to that category URL in Photo View? For example, a category called “Classes” would have a URL of: [your-site]/events/category/classes/photo/. That would be the simplest way to get the sort of effect you’re looking for.
Otherwise, I think this will require some additional development that i’m afraid is outside the scope of what we can provide here in the forums. A good place to start is our Themer’s Guide, but it will certainly take some custom work.
We’re also always accepting feature requests on our UserVoice page, if this is something you would like us to consider including in a future release. For example, we’re looking into the idea of shortcode calendar embedding, and I wonder if Photo View would be an interesting use case for that.
Sorry I don’t have more of a concrete answer for you here, but I hope it helps point you in the right direction.
Cheers!

MemberHi Kayhan, welcome to the forums! Thanks for reaching out and sorry you’re having some trouble with publishing events after upgrading to PRO. Let’s see if we can get to the bottom of it. ๐
If I’m understanding correctly, you were using the free The Events Calendar plugin, had created events, installed The Events Calendar PRO, entered your license key information, then events posts began disappearing from the back end of your site. That’s certainly odd!
Let’s try three things to get started:
1) Check version numbers
I see you noted that you are using Version 3.9 of The Events Calendar PRO. Are you using 3.9 for The Events Calendar as well? Make sure both are installed, activated and using the same version.
<b>2) Test for theme conflicts</b>
It looks like you’ve already tried deactivating other plugins (thanks!), but will you also try switching to a default WordPress theme as well? I’m curious if there is a theme conflict at play and this will help us determine that.
It also wouldn’t hurt to follow the steps outlined in our Testing for Conflicts Guide. You’ve already done part of it, but it’s super helpful if you are able to run through these steps in order. This often leads to the source of many of the issues we see here in the forums.
3) Install fresh copies of the plugins
I wonder if a file in one of the plugins was corrupted during installation. If so, a fresh install would certainly help. Please try downloading a fresh copy of The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar PRO. You can download The Events Calendar on WordPress.org and PRO right on this site by heading to My Account > Downloads.
Once you have the fresh copies, please delete the current copies from WordPress (Plugins > Installed Plugins, deactivate then delete) and install and activate the new ones.

MemberThat sounds great, thanks Brent! I’m happy to hear the plugins sound like a good fit for the new site. ๐
I’ll go ahead and close this thread since we tackled the first round of questions, but feel free to start a new one if other questions pop up and we’d be more than happy to hit them there.
Thanks again and cheers!
