    Hello,

I first dowloaded the free version of Event Calendar, then I decided to buy the Pro Module and the Community Events Module. I installed the 2 modules and configured the Pro Module without problems. Then I configured the Community Event Module. Now I cannot see my events module on my webpage (Not found). Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi there, Pauline! Thanks for reaching out and sorry you’re having some issues with accessing the calendar on your website.

Getting a “Page Not Found” message can happen for a number of reasons, so let’s try a few of the most common onesย first. Will you please follow the steps in this guide and let me know if they help resolve the issue?

Give that a shot and let me know what you find. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Cheers!

    Geoff,

Thank you for asking. We have asked someone that knows WP to help. THis is much too technical for “non-techy” people (me). There was some kind of conflict with a diaporama or something. Anyway, the “expert” installed Calendar event and should download Pro and Community tomorrow. Hopefull all will work good.

    I will let you know.

Hey Pauline! This thread’s been quiet for a couple of weeks, so I’m going to go ahead and close it. Feel free to hit us up with a new thread if anything else comes up and we’d be happy to help. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Cheers!
