MemberHi there, Kyle! thanks for getting in touch.
Good question and interesting idea. I actually have not seen any sort of integration that would allow someone to post an event only after they have paid. Even if you were able to collect a payment from another platform (i.e. WooCommerce etc.) before a visitor was able to view the event submission form, the URL for the submission form would continue to be the same which wouldn’t be very effective for collecting future payments from the same people, since they could just access it again without paying.
I can definitely see how that would be a useful feature useful but, unfortunately, it’s not currently supported.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐

MemberHi Brad–thanks for following up!
Were you able to try the suggestions in our 404 Troubleshooting Guide? There are additional things in there besides flushing permalinks that would certainly be helpful to try.
After that, I’d like to check to see if there’s a conflict with the theme or another installed plugin that could be causing this, so will you please follow the steps outlined here to test for conflicts?
When you do test for conflicts, please test with new recurring events after deactivating the theme and plugins, as I am unsure that the existing events would be affected.
Thanks!

MemberHi Daniel and welcome to the forums!
Sorry you’re hitting some trouble here with the datepicker in the Community form. You’re absolutely right and that’s an issue on our end. In fact, I see that we already have a ticket open in our system to address it.
I don’t have a specific timeframe for when it will be released, but we will follow up with you here in when we have more progress to share.
Cheers!

Interesting question and, yes, that totally makes sense. Good job describing what you’re looking for. ๐
I ย imagine this is quite possible, but would certainly take some custom development to get running. We’re fairly limited in being able to help with custom development, but here’s what I would suggest…
First, check out our Themer’s Guide. This is a good first place to start when it comes to customizing the calendar’s templates.
One idea might be to create your own page template, query the events, and display the events in Month View while keeping your default view set to List View. Recreating the month view will certainly be the toughest part.
Another idea could be to use a redirect on all search queries. Perhaps a re-write rule to include /list/ in the URL would be a possibility.
I see this feature has been suggested over on our UserVoice page. I’d suggest heading over there and adding your vote if you’d like to see it considered for a future release.
Sorry I don’t have a concrete solution for you here, but I hope this at least points you in the right direction and helps answer your question. ๐
Cheers!

MemberHello there, Brad! Welcome to the forums and sorry you’re hitting some trouble here with 404s. That’s never good!
The first thing I notice off the bat is that your plugin versions are out of sync. You noted that you are using The Events Calendar 3.9.1 and The Events Calendar PRO 3.9. Will you please update PRO to 3.9.1, flush your site’s permalinks (Settings > Permalinks > Save Changes), then see if you notice a difference?
If that solves it, great! If not, please check out our 404 Troubleshooting Guide and follow the steps outlined there. Does those make any difference?
Give those a shot and let me know what you find. ๐
Cheers!

MemberHi there, Tom! Welcome to the forums and thanks for being a long-time PRO user. ๐
Good question. By default, the Month View of the calendar will display a multi-day event on each day of that it occurs. So, for example, you will see your event listed everyday on the calendar from March 23 – April 9.
This is different in List View, Photo View and Map View. In these cases, the event will be listed one time and display the date range beneath the title.
Unfortunately, there is currently no way to show just a single instanced of a multi-day event in Month View. One option might be to publishย it as a single day event and specify the date rage in the title and description. You could also create it as two events: one for the opening day and one for the closing day. However, the only other supported alternative is to change calendar views.
I’m sorry I don’t have more of a concrete solutionย for you here, but I hope this at least helps answer your question. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cheers!

MemberHi there, Pablo! Thanks for getting in touch and sorry you’re hitting a conflict here.
I see the following error pop on in the console when I view your site:
You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors. That is likely because either your theme or one of the other installed plugins is injecting a Google Maps script in addition to the one that The Events Calendar includes. You will want toย find out what is injecting that other script, then dequeue it from Events pages so the conflict goes away.
You can test for what is injecting the additional instance of Google Maps by following the steps listed here in our Testing for Conflicts Guide.

MemberHi there, Greetz! Welcome back to the forums–nice to see you again. ๐
Good question. You can see how the loop for List View is built in /plugins/the-events-calendar/views/list/single-event.php. That will give you an idea of how to customize your main blog loop to get the variables you need for events.
You may also be interested in our documentation, which provides all the available functions for events.

MemberHi there, Ben! Thanks for getting in touch.
Yeah, you should be good there. The Personal License is good for support on a single site and that should ring true for the plugin being installed on the same site in multiple directories.
The one issue you may run into is the License Key only being accepted by one of the installations. The functionality of the plugin will not be affected by this, but it will prevent automatic updates on the installation without the License Key. Everything else will work as billed, though.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐
Cheers!
