    Hi Kim,

    Yay, so glad to hear the font size for the headings worked!

    Try this for removing the image, again, in Appearance > Customize > Advanced CSS:

    .fusion-events-shortcode .fusion-events-thumbnail {
    display: none;
    }

    The “fusion” in there is due to the fact that Theme Fusion, the author of the theme, customized The Events Calendar with its own code. I may end up recommending reaching out to them for further guidance on styling if I continue to miss the mark here because they would indeed be much more familiar they used to customize events. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hey Michael!

    We’re really gunning to have that feature done in Version 4.5, though I cannot guarantee it. That’s our goal, though, and we’re definitely making good strides to make it happen. Either way, you’ll definitely hear about it since you added your vote to the feature request. 🙂

    Cheers!

    You betcha! Consider it done. 🙂

    Did you have any other questions about your account that I can help with, or are you good to go? Let me know and I’d be happy to help if there’s anything else I can fix with your account.

    Howdy Kim! Hope you’re doing well today. 🙂

    This is placed in a text block within a column. Where do I put the CSS?

    You can place that code in either the theme stylesheet, or by heading to Appearance > Customize > Advanced CSS.

    Let me know if you have any trouble locating where to place the CSS and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

    Cheers,

    Hi Mike,

    Sorry for the confusing error message!

    It looks like your Event Aggregator license might be entered in the field for Facebook Events. Will you please head over to Events > Settings > Licenses and confirm that the license key is indeed entered into the Event Aggregator field instead?

    If it is in the Event Aggregator field, please take a screenshot of that for me and paste it here as a private reply and I’d be happy to check it out.

    Cheers!

    Hi Joanne,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    I checked your account and it appears you are active and good to go. You had a Community Events license that expired back in 2013, but you have since purchased another one that is active through April 2017.

    Will you please log into your account here on this site and navigate to My Account > Licenses? If you see your Community License (ending in ***49b11), then please do let me know and I’d be happy to look into why that is happening.

    Cheers!

    Hi Sunny (love that name!),

    I’m afraid there is still no support for recurring events on the same day at different times. We are indeed working on some big updates to recurring events that we are hoping will make it in Version 4.5, but I am not 100% sure that this specific feature will be in the mix.

    Sorry for the bad news, but does this at least help answer your question? Please let me know.

    Cheers!

    Hey Lewis and thanks for getting in touch!

    We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.

    If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our <u>WordPress.org support forum</u>.

    Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?

    In the meantime, I did check the map size after update and it seems to be the same as it was in the last version (screenshot). When you open your support thread, will you please include a link to your site, plus your system information (Events > Help) to help us see what’s going on?

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Kaylin,

    I’m absolutely happy to help you here and am sorry to hear that Events Calendar PRO does not meet your needs.

    I’ve gone ahead and issued a refund for your orders and the funds should be back in your account within 5-10 business days.

    If you have any feedback for us on how the plugins didn’t work out, I’d love to hear it and would be happy to relay those to our team. No worries if you’d rather not, but anything that helps us improve for the future is always welcome.

    Thanks for giving us a try and cheers,

    Geoff

    Hello Manuel,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    It looks like your theme has some inline styles here:

    <div id="main" class="clearfix width-100" style="padding-left:200px;padding-right:200px">

    The code in the style= portion is what is hiding the calendar. In fact, here is a screenshot of how things look on a mobile device when I remove them.

    Do you know where to locate and remove that code? I’m afraid I am not familiar with the theme enough to provide guidance there, but I would suggest reaching out to the theme developer if you are unable to find the source of that code.

    Cheers!

    Hey Dave,

    Thanks for the heads up on the renewal notice! We’ll check our system to make sure the triggered notices is turned on.

    You may absolutely use Event Aggregator instead of Facebook Events. We provided you with a complimentary license since you’ve been using Facebook Events and wanted to give you a chance to try the new service.

    I went ahead and refunded your Facebook Events renewal, but kept your extended Event Aggregator license in tact. You should see the funds for the renewal back in your account in in the next 5-10 business days, but are otherwise good to go!

    Did you need any other help with this order? Let me know!

    Cheers!

    Hey Philip, welcome back and nice to see you again — I hope all is well!

    That’s actually by design: the plugin displays the year when an event is not in the current year.

    You can change that, however, by going to the Events > Settings > Display screen. There is an option to change the date format for “Date without year” and you can format it to be the same as the “Date with year” option (screenshot).

    Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hi Thomas,

    Ack, sorry for the fatal errors! We hate seeing those pop up and know how frustrating they are. Props to you for testing on a local environment before updating!

    This appears to be related to a similar issue I saw earlier this morning where one of our libraries (Tribe Common) is not fully updated in The Events Calendar.

    Will you please download fresh copies of:

    • The Events Calendar (4.4.0.1)
    • Events Calendar PRO (4.4)

    You can download both of those by logging into your account on this site and heading to My Account > Downloads.

    Once you have those versions, please reinstall the plugins manually by uploading them directly to the wp-content/plugins directory.

    I’m hoping that resolves the error. Let’s give that a try and go from there.

    Thanks!
    Geoff
