Year missing from single event

So I have just created a new event and on the single event view the YEAR is missing.
This is strange as I have older ‘passed events’ that show the date see below links
1. Year shows in date of event:

2. Year DOES NOT show in date of event:
https://www.shippinginnovation.com/event/the-4th-annual-international-shipowning-shipmanagement-summit-2/

Hey Philip, welcome back and nice to see you again — I hope all is well!

That’s actually by design: the plugin displays the year when an event is not in the current year.

You can change that, however, by going to the Events > Settings > Display screen. There is an option to change the date format for “Date without year” and you can format it to be the same as the “Date with year” option (screenshot).
