    I’m absolutely happy to help you here and am sorry to hear that Events Calendar PRO does not meet your needs.

    I’ve gone ahead and issued a refund for your orders and the funds should be back in your account within 5-10 business days.

    If you have any feedback for us on how the plugins didn’t work out, I’d love to hear it and would be happy to relay those to our team. No worries if you’d rather not, but anything that helps us improve for the future is always welcome.

    A few recommendations:
    When you issue a refund, please note that your replies are also in my final invoice and is very unprofessional.
    “Kaylin sounded pissed in her thread, so I’m issuing the refund right away. I’ll try to get more details in my reply, but it’s unlikely.”

    I thought that your system could have really worked and was trying to find a workaround for me to be able to use it. Your team was very hard to communicate with and it is very inconvenient to reply back and forth when we could have easily resolved this with a phone call.

    Your product has the potential, but your service is something I do not recommend to others.
