MemberHello Leah! Welcome to the forums and thanks for getting in touch. ๐
Interesting question. Adding custom content into the attendee list might take some development on your end to figure out how to pull that data, but you should be able to add it directly to theย attendee-email.php template. To do this:
- Make a copy of the template. It’s located in /plugins/the-events-calendar/views/tickets/attendee-email.php.
- Make a new folder in your theme directory calledย tribe-events
- Make a new folder in that one calledย ticket
- Drop the copied template in that last folder
Now that the template is in your theme, it can be modified to suit your needs. In this case, you’d want to drop in the custom field you’ve created for payment methods.
Will that work for you? Please let me know. ๐
Cheers!

MemberHi Stef,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing this with us! It does indeed look like something we could possibly handle on our end and I have added a ticket for it in our system.
I don’t have a timeframe for when we’ll be able to address it, but we will certainly follow-up with you here when we have more to share. ๐
Thanks again for sharing this with us–I appreciate it!

MemberHi Francesco, thanks for getting in touch!
You should be able to find the string in the .po file for the language you are translating. The language files are in The Events Calendar PRO plugin files in theย lang folder.

MemberHi Matthew,
That certainly does sound strange. I’d like to take a look at it more closely, but our policy prevents us from logging into your site. Do you have a development server where we can troubleshoot? Or perhaps you can share screenshots of the tickets being sold on the front and back end as well as the filter bar only displaying the incorrect range?
The next thing I would also like to try here is creating a fresh test site–this will avoid any disruption to your live site and ensure that we’ve effectively got a “clean canvas” to work with.
- Please install a fresh copy of WordPress in a subdirectory (if you have cPanel hosting account there will probably be a one-click install to make this really easy)
- Don’t install anything except The Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO and Filter Bar
- Please also stick to a default theme–again, there’s no need to install anything else just yet!
- Create a few events so we have some test data to work with
- Can you replicate the same problem?
If you find you can replicate the problem under these conditions it would be awesome if you could stop and let us know so we can take a look while the site is still running under default conditions.
Thanks for your help!

MemberThanks for the link, Thomas! That helps a lot.
The calendar seems to be working as I would expect when I checked it out. Is the OpenX snippet in there or have you removed it?
I’m not seeing any red flags right off the bat, but if you’re still seeing an issue with the ad snippet in there, then the OpenX team might be able to shed some light on what’s happening.
Cheers!
