MemberGood questions. This article here will detail everything you need to know about updating the plugins on a step-by-step basis. It talks about updates, but the same principles hold true for rolling back to previous versions as well.
Cheers!

MemberHello Christopher!
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the difficulty here.
I just tried importing a CSV file and the start and end times seem to be pulling in correctly. Is it possible that you inadvertently mapped the end time column to the start time content? I’d be happy to try running your spreadsheet through my importer as well if you want to send it over in a private reply to see if I bump into the same issue.
Unfortunately, I cannot think of a way to update all those posts without re-importing them. I totally understand what a pain that is. However, I do want to give your spreadsheet a shot and rule out other conflicts before giving up.
Let’s start there and see what we find. From there, we’ll have more ideas on how to troubleshoot. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi there, Andrea! Thanks for getting in touch–we’re stoked you’re ready to go PRO. 🙂
Good question. That does indeed look like custom code used on the same your provided. It would certainly be possible to accomplish a similar result, but it would definitely take some custom development to get that same style and layout.
You can use our Themer’s Guide as a starting point for customizations. It’s full of details on how to customize templates and styles without touching the plugin’s core code.
You’ll get a login for this site that you can use to post to the forums once you have purchased PRO. Until then, the Pre-Sales forum is the only open channel for questions related to sales. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Chris,
Yes, it’s definitely possible to roll back The Events Calendar–we keep a full archive of past releases here.
I would still recommend using the same version of PRO that you use for core version The Events Calendar. The plugins are designed in such a way that they should be synced to the same version. However, rolling back to the last version/s that you had been using prior to the updates should get you back to the state you originally had minus the widgets, which may need to be re-applied.
