MemberHi there, Merijn!
Ah, I see what you’re saying. Clicking the links simply takes you to the top of the page. That’s no good!
Right off the bat, I do see some errors in the console when I view your site. Cleaning some of those up might have an effect here.
I also see that you noted having tried activating a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Fifteen) and deactivating all other plugins. Just out of curiosity, did you see any difference in those conditions? How about activating Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins at the same time?
Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Thomas–nice to see you again!
This is indeed something we want to add but, as you can imagine, it requires a significant overhaul to our entire ticketing framework. I do see that it is still on our radar in our system–the best way to stay up to date on the progress will be to add your vote for the feature, which will send you notifications as news is available.
Thanks for checking in!

MemberHi crharrison!
Good question. I imagine that the CSS tags for the event title must have been update between those two releases. You can certainly update the tag by creating a template override (more on this in our Themer’s Guide).
I think the easiest way, though, might be to update your custom styles to use the new CSS tag. That way, you only have to update the CSS file as opposed to creating a custom template override. 🙂
If you’re not sure which tags to use, here’s a handy tutorial on how to use DevTools to inspect element and identify the tags.
Will this help you get started? Please let me know. 🙂

Since the file was in the second installation, that makes me wonder if the file in the initial installation was inadvertently removed after installation. Certainly a possibility, but I am glad that you do have the file. Are you having any issues working with the new file?

MemberHowdy Vytas!
Excellent questions and sorry that the product page for tickets was overwhelming. I know that there are a lot of considerations to take into account when choosing the right platform and having a ton of information can be tough to digest in one sitting.
I would love to suggest the combination of WooCommerce and our WooCommerce Tickets add-on –however, there are two significant exceptions:
– tickets generated for each customer with the QR code on it
– custom fields for customers details for purchasing ticketsThese are things we are indeed working on (in fact, QR codes are currently in testing), but are currently unavailable. I wish I had a timeframe to offer here, but it’s probably still a ways off and I can see how that would be a deal breaker for you.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions here and I’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey there! Sorry for the mix-up in communication there. We definitely don’t intend to cut conversations short like that, so hopefully the notifications work this time around so the replies are received. 🙂
To pick up where things left off:
The team and I had a quick chat about this topic to think about why you may be unable to locate the files in question and one thought was that perhaps you are using the theme/plugin editor built in to WordPress itself (and which has various limitations) – might that be the reason?
Are you able to answer Barry’s question here? I see that Barry was also able to access the readme file for WooTickets here:
http://thebirthinginn.info/wp-content/plugins/wootickets/readme.txt
Were you able to locate that directory on your server and, if so, find the /views subdirectory in that same folder? If so, that will lead you to the tickets.php file.
Let’s start there and see what we find.
Cheers!
