Vytas
GuestHi,
I am running an event website and selling tickets trough it. I am looking fully featured plugin to ease the job for selling tickets, managing orders and checking-in process. Is this the right place?I am using other plugin at the moment but I am not very glad with what I get. To many bugs and looking for the change.
What I really need is:
-strong ticketing system integration (multiple tickets on one order-with separate QR code, etc.)
-tickets generated for each customer with the QR code on it
-confirmation emails sent to customer and admin for complete orders
-checking-in on the door using smartphones code scanner
-creating ticket templates for events
-an easy way to manage orders (payments completed, payment pending, etc.)
-custom fields for customers details for purchasing ticketsYes I did checked the product page and I found this overwhelming. Is there any solution for someone like me who does want just simple plugin for selling tickets With QR codes included??
Thank you

MemberHowdy Vytas!
Excellent questions and sorry that the product page for tickets was overwhelming. I know that there are a lot of considerations to take into account when choosing the right platform and having a ton of information can be tough to digest in one sitting.
I would love to suggest the combination of WooCommerce and our WooCommerce Tickets add-on –however, there are two significant exceptions:
– tickets generated for each customer with the QR code on it
– custom fields for customers details for purchasing ticketsThese are things we are indeed working on (in fact, QR codes are currently in testing), but are currently unavailable. I wish I had a timeframe to offer here, but it’s probably still a ways off and I can see how that would be a deal breaker for you.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions here and I’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers!
