Create new event

Is there, or will be there be soon, a way to create events using the wordpress phone app, or is there an The Events Calendar app? I can throughout the day manage events on social networks, but not on my website so there info is delayed.

I really would like to see support for that too! Unfortunately, the WordPress iPhone app does not support custom post types of any kind at the moment, which is what Events are. It would be nice if we could make that work on our end, but I’m afraid the WordPress app is going to have to make changes on that end to get it going.

I will note, however, that the WordPress admin has a responsive layout–so, if you are able to log into your site from the web browser on your phone, you should certainly be able to post a new event on a screen with a phone-optimized layout.
