MemberYou bet, Bruce. Please do keep us posted if Thrive has any clues and we, of course, would be happy to either help answer any questions they might have, or even review any recommended changes they might suggest that would help integrate our products with their better.
Cheers and thanks for your understanding!

Good question! Any QR code scanning app for either iOS or Android will do the trick.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!
GeoffJanuary 26, 2017 at 8:59 am in reply to: What is the total cost of these products for a non-profit? #1224466Geoff
MemberHi Luis,
Great question! We have a nonprofit program where, if accepted, we would be happy to grant you a complimentary license of Events Calendar PRO, which is an $89 savings.
then, if you factor in the price of Community Events ($89) and Filter Bar ($89), your total cost is $178 for all three plugins — again, assuming you are accepted into the nonprofit program.
I would also like to know what is going to happen after a year. Do we have to renew at the same price?
The nonprofit license is ongoing and will remain at no cost to you, though you would have a renewal cost for both Community Events and Filter Bar, should you choose to renew them.
That said, you do not have to renew your license in order to use the plugins. The plugins will continue to function, but you will simply lose access to future plugin updates and support for those plugins, which is what a license provides.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey Barry!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our <u>WordPress.org support forum</u>.
Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?
In the meantime, I would suggest making sure you have the latest version of The Events Calendar installed and then run through these steps to test for possible conflicts.
Thanks so much!

MemberHey Renato,
Thanks for getting in touch! I’d be happy to help you here.
It would be easiest if we could simply refund you for your purchase of Events Calendar PRO so that you could purchase the Importer Bundle with the full discount in tact.
Would you like me to go ahead and refund your order (#1224105) so you can make that purchase? Let me know and I’ll take of that for you.
Cheers!

MemberHello @akalwp,
You’re absolutely right, but the topic of this thread is actually about the use of a “limit” variable in the full view shortcodes:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
The “limit” you are referring to is specifically for the calendar widgets. I searched the forums and was unable to find another other reports of “limit” not working, but please do open a new thread and we’d be happy to troubleshoot it with you and open a ticket to fix it if we can confirm the issue.
Thanks so much!

MemberOh nice, thanks for letting us know, Zane! I’ll go ahead and close this thread but will also make a note to do some personal testing around Ninja Forms to see if there’s anything we’re doing in our plugins that might be contributing to the issues.
Cheers and definitely let us know if any other questions pop up.

MemberHi Tamera,
So sorry to hear the plugins won’t cut it for your project and I do apologize for the issues from the last release. We are indeed working on a new release that will likely ship tomorrow, but I understand you need to move onto other solutions.
You are outside our 30-day refund window and while I cannot guarantee that our payment system will push the refund through, I have submitted it and the funds should be back in your account within 5-10 business days. Please let me now if it does not go through, but I am hoping it will.
Cheers,
GeoffGeoff

MemberHi Bruce,
My name is Geoff and I head up support here at Modern Tribe. Cliff brought this thread to my attention and I wanted to chime in here because I think there is miscommunication on both sides of this conversation that I hope to clarify so we all can proceed in a direction that, above all, gets you closer to a resolution for what you’re reporting.
First off, I do want to apologize that you’re seeing an issue at all. As a WordPress user myself, I also have a set of expectations that everything should simply work out of the box and I have been disappointed my fair share of times when they do not. It’s a terrible feeling and my hope (as well as Cliff’s) is that we can at least get to the bottom of what is causing it to happen.
You also provided a nice overview of the testing you did to troubleshoot the issue — thanks for that! Not many people go into that level of detail and your efforts there helped Cliff jump right to the point, which is awesome.
I do want to circle back around to Cliff’s testing and the fact that there appeared to be Javascript conflicts when he installed Thrive Visual Editor plugin. That’s concerning because it would seem to signal that the plugin either has a coding error that needs to be resolved on that end or it makes use of a function or piece of WordPress functionality that conflicts with how Community Events makes use of something similar.
In either case, we are happy to look into the issue now that Cliff has ticketed it in our system. However, to reiterate Cliff’s point, the chances of us getting to this specific ticket immediately are low since the troubleshooting confirmed that the issue has to do with the compatibility of a third-party plugin, rather than a core issue with Community Events that prevents it from working right out of the box with WordPress itself. We do our very best to be compatible with as many themes and other plugins as we can but, as you might imagine, it is impossible for us to be compatible with everything that has been been coded for WordPress by third-party developers.
That said, we definitely are interested in looking into this further from our end once we have the chance and while setting your expectations fairly that we may not get to this right away. While I know it is not a resolution to the issue, I went ahead and extended your Events Calendar PRO and Community Events licenses an additional year to help make up for the inconvenience while we look into this.
In the meantime, I recommend downgrading Community Events (and possible Events Calendar PRO) to the last version where you noticed that the Thrive Visual Editor issue did not exist. Also, please do let us know if there are updates in the conversation you are having with the Thrive Visual Editor support team and know that we would be happy to answer any questions that they have for us, if any come up in their efforts to look into this.
Sorry again for the trouble this overall incompatibility between two plugins is causing and I hope this helps set us on a clearer path to figuring out what’s happening.
Sincerely,
GeoffGeoff
MemberAh, thanks for clarifying, Darius!
I’m afraid that the RSVP table does not support displaying additional fields by default. That said, the template for it can be overridden in your theme, then be custom-coded to display that information. Here’s a code example of the same template being overridden and customized to show the participant name in the table.
Cheers!

MemberHi Simone!
I think there is a Javascript error in your theme that is preventing the calendar from functioning correctly on your site. Here is the error I see:
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).fullwidthAudioPlayer is not a function ((index):1504) at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2) at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2) at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)My hunch is that if you switch to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen, then you will see the Month View on your site work exactly like the demo site. Would you be willing to try that and let me know if that’s the case?
Cheers!
