    I purchased the Events Plus and would like a refund do the recent problems. Below is the invoice #.
    #1198575 November 28, 2016 Completed $80.10 for 1 item

    We can’t wait for a fix. We need to a reliable solution ASAP. Please issue the refund.

    Hi Tamera,

    So sorry to hear the plugins won’t cut it for your project and I do apologize for the issues from the last release. We are indeed working on a new release that will likely ship tomorrow, but I understand you need to move onto other solutions.

    You are outside our 30-day refund window and while I cannot guarantee that our payment system will push the refund through, I have submitted it and the funds should be back in your account within 5-10 business days. Please let me now if it does not go through, but I am hoping it will.
