    Shoot, I was hoping the same thing that worked for me would work for you as well–sorry about that!

    Just to cover our bases, will you please run through the suggestions outlined here to see if any other 404 troubeshooting will clean things up?

    Hey @ideasandbox!

    (Love the avatar, BTW.)

    First off, are both sites running the same versions of the plugin? Just want to make sure because you noted 3.10.1 and we are currently at 3.11.1 for both The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar PRO.

    Once you’ve checked that and synced the version up, I would certainly try deleting the events from the live site and reimporting from the staging site using WP Export (Tools > Export) on the staging site and WP Import (Tools > Import) on the live site. My hope is that any sort of conflict that may have existed will be wiped clean and allow for a fresh import with all the correct values.

    Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂

    Hey there, Cappy!

    Thanks for the heads up. The template does use get_the_title() here, which is something we’ve used for quite some time and typically returns and empty string on non-posts. I’m super glad that the changes you made fix this specific case where the WP filter the_title is returning a value where it probably should not.

    Your solution should not cause an issue for you at all. Just be sure to carry the change forward if and when the plugins update so the work is not lost.

    Hi Irene, welcome back to the forums!

    I gave the snippet a try myself and got a 404 as well. I was able to fix it up by first making sure I was updated to the latest versions of both plugins (3.11.1) and then heading to Settings > Permalinks from the WordPress dashboard, then clicking the “Save Changes” button without changing anything. Does that work for you as well?

    Thanks Bob! I appreciate you updating the plugins and making sure everything is activated. That’s super helpful.

    Do you happen to have any other pages or posts in your admin called “Calendar” or that use the /calendar slug? I want to make sure nothing else is conflicting with the page the plugin automatically creates.

    Hi @grafftours, thanks for chiming in! It looks like you need to update WooCommerce Tickets to 3.11 so all the latest plugins play well together. 🙂

    OK, cool. I see that my buddy Nico is assigned to that other thread and he’ll be able to help you out there.

    I’ll leave this thread open in the meantime. Let me know if updating the plugins to the latest versions (or downgrading The Events Calendar to the previous version) makes a difference once you and Nico have sorted the update issue out and we can go from there. 🙂

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble here with tickets!

    Quick question: are tickets not displaying for any event, or just the one? I see you have only the one event right now, so what happens if you create a new test event for next week with tickets that are on sale today through then?

    Let’s star there and see what we find. If the tickets are missing from that test event as well, we’ll likely try hitting some other troubleshooting steps since you mentioned the possibility of automatic updates.

    Hi Dawn!

    Sorry for the trouble here with the organizer dropdown missing from the community events submission form. Let’s try to figure this out…

    Are you running the same version for all of your Modern Tribe plugins? In other words, have you updated all the other plugins to 3.11 but Community Events is still at 3.10? Hop over to the Plugins admin page from the WordPress dashboard and make sure all the plugins are running the same version–preferably the latest:

    • The Events Calendar 3.11.1
    • The Events Calendar PRO 3.11.1
    • Filter Bar 3.11
    • Community Events 3.11

    Let’s start there and see what we find.

    Do you have The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar PRO both activated in your Plugins screen? I see PRO in your system information, but not The Events Calendar itself.
