Organizer dropdown is missing

    I went into enter a test event this morning and organizer dropdown is missing. Is there a setting that I inadvertently toggled to cause that to go missing?

    Additional information: The organizers are active under Events>Organizers, but when I go to view the Organizer pages, they are blank. The pages worked previously.

    Did something change? I haven’t upgraded to 3.11 yet. Presenting to client today, so your help is appreciated!

    Hi Dawn!

    Sorry for the trouble here with the organizer dropdown missing from the community events submission form. Let’s try to figure this out…

    Are you running the same version for all of your Modern Tribe plugins? In other words, have you updated all the other plugins to 3.11 but Community Events is still at 3.10? Hop over to the Plugins admin page from the WordPress dashboard and make sure all the plugins are running the same version–preferably the latest:

    • The Events Calendar 3.11.1
    • The Events Calendar PRO 3.11.1
    • Filter Bar 3.11
    • Community Events 3.11

    Let’s start there and see what we find.

    After looking again, The Events Calendar is updated to 3.11, but I don’t have prompts to update any of the other plugins in my Dashboard. That’s actually a separate question I have because even though I have all the license keys entered, updates for the three additional plugins aren’t showing up.

    OK, cool. I see that my buddy Nico is assigned to that other thread and he’ll be able to help you out there.

    I’ll leave this thread open in the meantime. Let me know if updating the plugins to the latest versions (or downgrading The Events Calendar to the previous version) makes a difference once you and Nico have sorted the update issue out and we can go from there. 🙂

    Geoff,

    After I updated all the add-ons and then updated The Events Calendar to 3.11.1, then everything was back up and running.
