    Awesome, thanks for following up!

Yes, you are correct: the Unlimited License covers everything, network and all. 🙂

I’ll go ahead and close this thread since I see you’ve already marked it “Resolved” but do please feel free to let me know if any other questions pop up and I’d be more than happy to help.

Thanks, Oliver! That helps a bunch and I appreciate it. 🙂

I’ve created a ticket for us to fix this and release a patch. In the meantime, a short-term fix to consider (since figuring this out could take a while) is to modify his translations to replace the %s or %1$s with the literal word.

    Cheers,

    Hey @Ronald,

Great idea! Actually, there is a way to add additional fields for Venues and we have a nice write-up of that here. Give that a try as a way of categorizing venues and let me know if that will get you what we need. 🙂

    Cheers and thanks!

    Hi Ron,

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m stoked to see you’re giving PRO a look and I hope it’s a good fit for your client. 🙂

Good question. You can definitely create a custom recurring pattern that would following that same Wednesday and Saturday pattern and edit the details of each individual instance of the recurring series. The only hitch is that editing the event details actually removes an event from the series–that doesn’t have a huge impact, but will make the event appear as if it does not belong with the rest of the events in that series.

Does that help answer your question? Please let me know and I’d be happy to answer any other questions you might have about recurring events.

    Cheers!

    Hey @Timree,

Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the forums!

Do you happen to have the “Default Event Template” selected as your calendar template under Events > Settings > Display? If not, please do switch to that and see if that makes a difference with your banner displaying.

If it is already selected and the issue is still there, it would be great if you could send me a screenshot of your Advanced Template Settings so I can see what you’re working with and try to replicate the issue myself.

Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂

    Hey Oliver,

Thanks for the heads up, man!

Quick question: why would the word be capitalized in those contexts? None of us at Modern Tribe are fluent in German and just want to know the difference for the caps in these instances versus others so we can figure out the best way to get it right.

    Thanks again!

Hey folks! Thanks for reaching out and for the heads up. 🙂

Are those strings translated in the actual language files for The Events Calendar PRO?

    @Amazing
, for example, here is that string in the Dutch translation on our translation site. It seems to be correctly translated there. Are you able to download the latest files and see if that makes a difference?

@Jorge, here is the corresponding string for the Spanish translation. I would also suggest downloading and installing the latest Spanish files in this case as well.

    Thanks!

    Hey there,

Sorry for the trouble! I definitely see what you mean. In fact, the entire Month View seems to break on smaller screens.

A few questions to get us started:

    1. I see the note that you have tried switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Fifteen) and deactivating all other non-Modern Tribe plugins. Did you notice any difference when you did that? How about when doing both of those together?
    2. Do have a folder in your theme directory called tribe-events? If so, what files are in there?
    3. Are you able to paste your system information as a private reply? You can find that under Events > Settings > Help at the bottom of the screen.

Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂

    Thanks!

Right on! Thanks for following up and especially for the tip with Salient. I’ll make a note of that for sure so we have it on record and can help others in the future.

I’ll go ahead and close this thread but please do feel free to reach back out if any other questions pop up–we’d be happy to help. 🙂

    Hey Rafael,

Thanks for following up–this is SUPER helpful. 🙂

The update from 3.10 to 3.12 was pretty significant and did include some changes that would affect template overrides, like the ones in the tribe-events folder in your theme. In other words, you had customizations in place and those customizations broke between those versions, which is why this is coming up.

Did you make those template overrides, or were they created for you? Either way, you’ll that’s where you will want to make adjustments to ensure the sidebar is not in place, particularly in the /month/ template and directory. Or, you could remove those customizations altogether and rely on the default templates that are provided by the plugin.

Does this help clarify things a bit more? Please let me know!

    Hi Rafael,

    Sorry for the trouble here!

That’s really strange because The Events Calendar does not include a sidebar in the default template.

Will you please head to Events > Settings > Display and confirm that you are using the Default Event Template in your settings (screenshot)?

If that is already selected, will you also please look in your theme files and let me know if you see a folder in there called tribe_events? And, if that folder is there, what is in it?

Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂

    Hi Artin,

Thanks for getting in touch–I’m stoked to hear you’re giving The Events Calendar PRO a serious look. The widget shortcodes are indeed pretty darn awesome.

I’d suggest taking advantage of our full refund on all products within 30 days of purchase. That should give you ample time to test drive the shortcodes and see if everything is playing nice with your Divi setup. And, if it isn’t, we’d be happy to take it back, no more questions asked. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Hi Fernando,

Thanks for getting in touch and we’d be happy to help you here. But first, do you have an active premium support license with us? I noticed that this thread is posted in our Pre-Sales forum and that you did not log in when posting it. Please let me know if that’s the case.

If you do not have a premium license, please do feel free to hit us up in our open source forum, which we hit once a week.

It sounds like your host has run out of memory and needs to allocate more of it to PHP. The WordPress Codex has info that might be able to help you here, but you may need to contact your host directly to increase the amount.

    Cheers!
