Venue Category?

    Simple question. How can we add categories for Venues? If this is not native, this definitely should be on the next release. Most directory/calendar scripts have this, event though the events calendar kicks ass in alot of other areas.

    Hey @Ronald,

    Great idea! Actually, there is a way to add additional fields for Venues and we have a nice write-up of that here. Give that a try as a way of categorizing venues and let me know if that will get you what we need. 🙂

    Im looking for set categories that i can check box. Like Restuarant, Nightclub, Bar etc..

    Yeah, the ability to add straight categories is not currently supported, but the article from my last reply will help you add additional fields for venues, which can be used like categories. 🙂
