MemberHey Robert and welcome to the forums!
First off, nice site–I just checked it out and love how it looks. The Avada theme looks great with the calendar. 🙂
It looks like there is a conflict with the one of the customizations Avada made to the calendar widget and the plugin itself. If you open you theme directory, is there a folder in there called tribe-events? If so, there is likely another folder in there for widgets where a file for the List View widget template is located. We’ll need to open that and dig in a little deeper to see where the issue is before we can troubleshoot any further.
Are you able to located that folder/file? If so, please let me know and hopefully we can locate the issue together. If not, it might be worth reaching out to the Avada team directly since they would be much more knowledgeable about the code for the customizations that were made.
Thanks!

MemberHi Peter, thanks for getting in touch!
That’s certainly strange. Are all the orders for those tickets marked as Completed in WooCommerce? Attendees will only display in the list below the yellow box if an order has been marked as completed in WooCommerce.
For example, here is a screenshot of an attendee list where I have sold two tickets, but only one order has been competed. As such, only one attendee is in the list.
Check that all the orders have been completed in WooCommerce and let me know if no attendees continue to display in the list.
Thanks!

MemberThat’s a cool way to do it! I hadn’t thought of using CSS to force the menu open but that is certainly easier than rewriting the code in the template. I say keep it if it does the trick. 🙂
I’ll go ahead and close this thread since it seems we’ve covered this about as far as we can here in the forums–nice work!

MemberHey Dominique, thanks for getting in touch!
Yes, the following plugins will be needed to allow visitors to create events and sell tickets for them while giving you the ability to collect a fee:
- The Events Calendar (our free, core plugin for creating events)
- WooCommerce Tickets (allows you to create tickets for events when paired with WooCommerce)
- Community Events (allows visitors to create events on the front end of your site)
- Community Tickets (connects Community Events with WooCommerce Tickets so visitors can create tickets for the events they submit)
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know if you have any other questions and I’d be happy to help!

MemberHey Darrell,
The logs themselves will contain items marked as errors. Looks for specific notices about the server being under-resourced, out of memory, or in need of a different configuration.
Thanks!

December 1, 2015 at 5:17 pm in reply to: Can VIEW AS list all views? (And a bonus question) #1033521Geoff
MemberHey there!
I really wish I had a simple, quick solution for targeting the view that is not displayed, but I think it will take a little more custom development than I can whip up here in the forums. For example, you might want to consider wrapping those lines in a conditional statement that the current view dow not equal the one being displayed, so something like tribe_is_view() !==Â $view[‘displaying’]. Not sure that gives you a good starting point, but I hope it helps!

MemberHi Todd, thanks for chiming in!
Yes, I see that the ticket for this issue in our system is in testing and is planned for one of our next upcoming releases. We have a release coming out this week and another planned shortly after, so I imagine you will be seeing it soon.
Cheers!
GeoffDecember 1, 2015 at 12:55 pm in reply to: Event dates display with wrong start and end times due to daylight savings #1033416Geoff
MemberHi Mario! Welcome to the forums and thanks for getting in touch. 🙂
Good question. Daylight savings isn’t accounted for in the sense that it shifts times–because an event that starts at 3pm in DST will also be have a 3pm start time in non-DST. Same goes for tickets as well and when they are sold.
Does that help clarify things a bit? Or is there something else about the way the calendar is displaying events that perhaps isn’t being accounted for?
Thanks!

MemberHi Peter, I’m going to wait on Joanny’s reply and keep troubleshooting from there, though you’re absolutely welcome to follow along and see if any of the recommendations help. If you’re prefer, you can open a new thread and we would be happy to support you directly there as well. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberMy pleasure and sorry for the hassle with manual edits–I know that can be a pain.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread but please do feel free to open a new one if any other questions come up and we’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers,

MemberSure–it means that the plugin did not detect anything that the button would be able to fix on its own. If it does, then the button will appear.
Geoff
MemberOh man, yeah, quite a bit has changed since version 3.1 so it’s very possible that was in the mix.
Thanks a ton for following up and troubleshooting this with me–feel free to let us know if any other questions pop up and we’d be happy to help. 🙂

MemberHey @Angela, thanks for following up! So glad adding the lat/long values makes a difference.
I’m afraid I don’t have an easy way to modify the values for all of the venues at once. I know it’s tedious, but editing them individually is the only way to do it right now.
Let me know if you have any other questions about the Map View and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
