MemberHey Tommy,
Great news! We just released a patch to fix this. It required an update to The Events Calendar, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, so please be sure to update all of those to version 4.0.4.
So sorry for the continued trouble here. I am hoping this is the last of the issue and all will be smooth sailing moving forward.
Thanks!

MemberOh, I should add that we have seen something like this in the past and one customer shared a solution that you might want to try as well:
Let me know if that helps.

MemberHi Karen,
I’ve circled around with others on the team and we’re all a little stumped. If you’re willing, it would be awesome if you could share a copy of your theme with us. I’d like to do more testing on my end as close as I can get to how you’ve configured it. You can zip that up and share a link via Dropbox, if you’d like in a private reply.
Similarly, but not necessary, a copy of your database would be helpful as well.
Thank you for your help!

MemberHi @Sakeb,
There’s an option to resend the ticket by email in the WooCommerce order for the event. If you head to WooCommerce > Orders, then click through to the order, you can select the Tickets option in the Order Actions box in the top-right corner of the screen (screenshot).
Cheers!

MemberHi @christoffer,
Yes, you can remove the text completely by adding something like this to your theme’s style.css file or using a plugin like Simple Custom CSS:
.price { display: none !important; }You could certainly update the language files as well to make it a word of your choice. The Say What plugin is also a nice, easy way to do this.
Cheers!

MemberHowdy Hubertus,
Excellent question! We do have the Community Events plugin which sounds like a great match. It allows visitors to create and submit events to be published to the site calendar without having direct access to the back-end of WordPress. You can choose to password protect the submission form and whether you want to moderate the submissions before they are published.
Would that work for you? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberExcellent! thanks for the extra info–going to pass that over to the rest of the team. 🙂

MemberHello Jacob!
Good question. Yes, Events Calendar PRO does include an Additional Fields feature that allows you to add custom fields for events. We also have the Filter Bar plugin, which allows visitors to filter events based on a number of variables, including those custom fields.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey there,
Giving you a quick update: our developers are looking into this.
So far, we’ve been able to replicate the issue when the purchasing method is check and cash on delivery. PayPal appeared to work correctly, though we were in sandbox mode and are going to keep poking at it to see why it would behave any differently than the other methods. @Hughues, thanks for the tip on this in the other thread!
No fix just yet, but we’ll continue to keep you posted.

If you do downgrade, you should downgrade all of the them so that the version numbers are synced. In this case, the 3.12 versions of The Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO and WooCoommerce Tickets. Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus can be deactivated in the meantime.
