    I just installed Events Ticket Plus on woocommerce site… today one customer purchased ticket… then informed me he deleted the email he got….

    Now what is the solution for these situation? I cannot see any option that admin can print a ticket from admin panel… also there is no option to send ticket to that user again from admin panel…

    Please let me know how I can generate ticket email for a user if they miss that email or delete that.

    Hi @Sakeb,

    There’s an option to resend the ticket by email in the WooCommerce order for the event. If you head to WooCommerce > Orders, then click through to the order, you can select theĀ Tickets option in the Order Actions box in the top-right corner of the screen (screenshot).
