MemberHi Cesar,
Thanks for confirming that for me!
Yeah, single-event.php would be a good template to look at. I have a hunch that there are template overrides for the calendar in your theme, which is why the related events come back when switching to a default.
If that’s the case, then there will be a folder called tribe-events in your theme directory. Inside there, you would be able to find any and all calendar templates that the theme is overriding. In this case, single-event.php is likely to be in there. Or perhaps there is another folder in tribe-events called pro and you will find additional templates in there.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHey Ralph,
Awesome, glad that worked!
Might be a similar sort of thing for the sidebar:
.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-event-meta { background-color: transparent !important; }Cheers!

MemberHey Meena,
Cliff is out today, so I just wanted to follow up to let you know.
In looking at the month of July on your site, it appears that the events are ordered correctly on Mondays. In all instances in July, there are two events:
- Basic Crochet: 3:30am – 4:30pm
- Books Al Fresco: 11:00am – 12:oopm
That seems to be the correct order, but perhaps you can point us to something else in case we’re missing it?
Thanks so much!

MemberRight on, thanks Steven! Cliff is out today but I wanted to let you know we’re stoked the issue is resolved.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread but please feel free to let us know if anythings else pops up–we’d be happy to help. 🙂

MemberHey Hannes, thanks for getting in touch!
Great question. If you only need the plugin on one sub-site of your network, then a single Personal-level license is just fine. If, however, you would like to install the plugin on multiple sub-sites, then you would need the Multisite-level license instead. Here’s more detailed information on the difference with a Multisite license.
Do i understood it right, that i only get updates for one year?
That’s absolutely correct. A valid license gains you access to both support (on this site) and plugin updates as long as the license is active. Once the license is expired, the plugin will still continue to function, but access to support and future updates will be lost until the license is renewed.
Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know. 🙂

MemberHey @prokop,
The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO do a lot of great things (and more with our various add-ons), but I’m afraid that appointments and notifications are not part of them. Everything else (recurring events, local database) are supported, though.
We do have a free RSVP plugin called Event Tickets that will allow you to take reservations for your events and another plugin called Event Tickets Plus that can be used to create and sell tickets for your calendar events, but they do not support recurring events (although that is coming).
Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know.
Thanks!

MemberHi Cesar,
Thanks for checking that for me!
I was looking at your previous threads and it appears you have some customizations in place. I see that you tried:
<ul class=”meta”>
<li class=”troubleshoot_plugins”>Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
<li class=”troubleshoot_theme”>Switched to a default theme? YesJust to confirm, do the related events come back when you deactivate all other non-Modern Tribe plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Sixteen)?
If they do not show up in those conditions, then it would be great if you could leave the site in that state and send me your system information in a private reply to do a little more digging.
Thanks!

MemberHey there!
… perhaps, there is an appointments plugin out there you like and you could create tickets for them using Event Tickets Plus.
Our Event Ticket and Event Tickets Plus plugins can work both with or without our calendar plugin, The Events Calendar, and support custom post types. If, for example, the appointments plugin you use publishes appointments as custom post types, then it’s possible that you could use Event Tickets/Event Tickets Plus to create tickets for them, independent of The Events Calendar.
I notice a lot of buzz about incompatibility with the Divi theme from ET, but most of the comments are pretty dated and I can’t find any definitive comments suggesting that it does work fine now.
That is definitely something we saw a lot in the past but little to nothing now. I know we worked on a few things on our end over the past year to help address some of those issues and I believe there have been many updates to Divi as well in that time that have helped as well.
Should you give our plugins a try, I will note that there are a couple folks on the team here that have a lot of experience working with Divi and could help troubleshoot issues, if they exist. Our plugins also come backed with a full refund within 30 days of purchase if they don’t seem to work well at all with the theme.
Does this help? I sure hope it does, but please let me know if there’s anything else you need before trying out the plugins.
Cheers!

MemberGive this a try:
.tribe-theme-Avada .fusion-header { background-color: transparent !important; }You can add that to either your theme’s style.css file or using the Simple Custom CSS plugin.
Thanks!
GeoffGeoff
MemberHey there!
Yep, we’re on the same page. Here’s another screenshot, this time of Month View with the same recurring events settings.
Does this help clarify things? Please let me know. 🙂

MemberHey John,
You’re right: I had not deleted the entire post, but just the ticket itself. And, when I do delete the post, the ticket stays in Products.
I checked that out and it is expected behavior. By deleting the post, we want to keep the ticket in tact to ensure you still have your sales reports, should you need them.
Cheers!

MemberHey Ralph!
Do you happen to have a link where I can see that? It will take some CSS, but I can help try to pin down the class for it if I can have a look.
Thanks!
