MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi there
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
As part of this, a number of new restrictions were applied to their Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers, and venues. These changes went live with little notice to providers such as ourselves. At this point, it does not seem possible to reliably import any events, even if you created and ‘own’ events on Facebook and have linked Event Aggregator to Facebook using those same credentials.
This is frustrating for you, and for developers like us. As Facebook continues to alter what it allows us to access, we will continue to pursue a path forward for Event Aggregator to import Facebook events. We will continue to keep https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/ updated as this unfolds.
We have removed all mentions of Facebook elsewhere on our product pages and places a prominent warning at the top of the Event Aggregator page for now. If/when Facebook reopens, we will restore all those places.
We really would like to work with you on this. Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi Ben
You are correct. The CSS code needed to hide this is
.tribe-events-tickets-tpp .tpp-add { display: none; }If you are using Event Tickets Plus and along with an e-commerce plugin, this will not be displayed. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.
We do have a bug ticket proposing that we change this but do not have a deliverable time frame to release that update.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Donald
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin. You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/. If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi John
Unfortunately, we cannot. We do not have a partnership Envato so any purchases there remain there. Do you have any proof of receipt from us?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberThanks John. I do know we’ve’ve resubmitted to Facebook with a new developers submission. However, the status of approvals is quite a mystery. Thank you for your patience. I’ll close this thread out for now since you’ve marked it resolved. We will post updates as soon as we can.
Thanks

MemberHey there
Thanks for the update. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.

MemberHi Michael
Event Tickets Plus is the tool that might work with Stripe. We rely upon e-commerce plugins to handle payment gateways. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.
If these don’t adequately handle Stripe Connect, and you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHi Jann
Without your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/, it’s a bit hard to troubleshoot this. Could you send us that information?
I have a guess that you may have Yoast’s WordPress SEO running. Did this issue happen while you had that plugin disabled?
Please see https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/titles-in-yoast-seo/ for more on how to resolve this.
Thanks
