MemberHey John
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
As part of this, a number of new restrictions were applied to their Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers, and venues. These changes went live with little notice to providers such as ourselves. At this point, it does not seem possible to reliably import any events, even if you created and ‘own’ events on Facebook and have linked Event Aggregator to Facebook using those same credentials.
This is frustrating for you, and for developers like us. As Facebook continues to alter what it allows us to access, we will continue to pursue a path forward for Event Aggregator to import Facebook events. We will continue to keep https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/ updated as this unfolds.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi Damian
Yes, you can create multiple tickets with Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. You can show multiple tickets on the same event/page/post at the same time. Give it a try with our free Event Tickets plugin and let me know if that works for you.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Arne
Can you share the source that you were importing from? Please send a link. I’d be happy to investigate what might be happening.
Thanks

MemberHi there
Thanks so much for reaching out! I’m sorry our notice at the top of Event Aggregator didn’t stand out enough for your purchase. We have also removed all mentions on our product pages and knowledgebase about Facebook imports at this time.

We really would like to work with you on this. Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

MemberHey Becky
Oh I so agree. Facebook has been making quick changes without much notice. However, they did announce a new submission process for applications. We’ve applied and will see if they restore any access to the data.

MemberHi Edgar
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
We have a few other shortcodes for things such as single events https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi John
We do not have a specific partnership with Envato/Themeforest. Some theme developers have created their themes to really integrate with our plugin, but the actual Pro plugin and license for support with us are not part of their offerings.
Do you have any records of your license for Events Calendar Pro? Is there an email address I can search our records for? Or can you access the license code at Events » Settings » Licenses? I tried searching for your name in our files and didn’t find any accounts that way.
Roughly how long ago was Events Calendar Pro purchased?
Purchasing Event Tickets Plus https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/ from the page will work if we don’t have an account with you.
Thanks

MemberSure thing Billie. I’ll close this thread out but do let us know if you run into other problems.

MemberHi Scott
So sorry I didn’t properly answer your question.
The span effect is not currently possible for multiple day events. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com. We will update you if we implement this as a feature.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

We have just rolled out http://loxi.io as a stand along service. It works on any website, not just WordPress powered sites. Sign up for a free account today to get a feel for how it could work with your needs.

MemberHi there
At this time Event Tickets only integrates with Paypal.
Event Tickets Plus can connect to other e-commerce plugins. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Billie
Can you send me a screenshot of the content and image? When I followed your link, I saw the expected view of your events in list mode.
Thanks

MemberHey Chrissy
No, as soon as you edit the event, it will break it out from the series. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/ has more of an overview on recurring events.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

MemberHi Christophe
That is an interesting idea. I’m not sure how much the code there can be customized.
We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms. You can take a peek at our Themer’s Guide for suggestions on how to start with any customization to our plugins.
I can add this thread to our customizations request. Doing so will unassign it from me, and we have no promises on how soon we can return to assist further. Customizations like this that go beyond our normal terms of service are ideal for the times when we have a low volume of help desk threads.
Would you like me to submit it further along for potential future help?
Thanks
