MemberHi Abraham
Can you provide us with your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/? This will help us better troubleshoot what might be happening.
I see a good bit of Javascript errors on your site. See: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict creating those errors. As you re-enable plugins one at a time, can you check again for those Javascript errors?
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Thanks

MemberHi Angela
Do you mean that the main /events page calendar does not display or just our widget? Do you have a way that I can view the site live?

MemberHi Christine
Events Calendar Pro is an annual subscription. You are able to purchase and immediately deactivate the renewal and payment method if you’d like. The annual expense ensures product development and access to the help desk.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Brenda
Can you share your website address and System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/? This helps us to better troubleshoot what might be happening.
Can you go to My Account ยป Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. Then go to Plugins ยป Installed Plugins ยป Upload to upload and activate Events Calendar Pro.ย You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to enter it.
You might have tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Shoshannah
I’m so sorry you haven’t heard back about refund requests.
I cannot promise that our refunds rep will be able to process that due to the 30 day window (this has a lot to do with what payment gateways allow). That said, we would be happy to transfer the balance of your time remaining on that license to another product.
Please send an email directly to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com.
Thanks

MemberHi Ofer
The event calendar shortcode is a 3rd party plugin that we do not support or maintain. It does create its own shortcodes, but does not support recurring events or different view types that come with Events Calendar Pro.
I would still advise testing versions and upgrade paths on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/) or at least a local site if possible. More recent versions of our plugins will be safe to upgrade live most likely, but versions that are a year or more old would be worth testing thoroughly.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Jennifer
You are correct. We wanted to hold out just a few days more to see if Facebook would announce further changes. As they are removing access for us to import events, we are removing mentions of Facebook from our product pages later today.
I wish we had better news to share.
Thanks

MemberThanks Jimi, glad it is working now.

MemberHey Joe
Facebook continues to make changes without notification in advance for developers. As of today, imports are not working. We are removing mentions of Facebook from our Event Aggregator product page, etc. We will certainly keep you posted if Facebook reopens the event API that allows us to access events on Facebook.
I really wish I had better news to share.
Thanks

MemberThanks Martin, we will continue to update our status page as Facebook changes. This is a very unfortunate situation for all of us. We appreciate your business with us, and your understanding on these matters.
Thanks

MemberHi Bradley
You can apply for our non-profit discountย by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp. Our generally do not include Event Aggregator as part of the Non-Profit program. However, I’d still encourage you to submit the form to see what we can work out.
โ ๏ธPlease Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there Ofer
Like all of our other plugins (except Event Aggregator), the plugin will continue to function as it had based upon the last update that you received. The annual renewal cost covers product features, security, and bug fix updates. You also receive access to our help desk for further assistance.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
