Hello, I submitted a request for a refund due to the fact that the Events Aggregator no longer functions. I have not heard back. I am aware that I am outside the normal 30 day refund however I did not purchase the plugin to use only a few months and have it become useless. What is the status of the refunds?
I know this is not Modern Tribe’s fault but we did pay you nearly $100 for a plugin that is now useless.
I’m so sorry you haven’t heard back about refund requests.
I cannot promise that our refunds rep will be able to process that due to the 30 day window (this has a lot to do with what payment gateways allow). That said, we would be happy to transfer the balance of your time remaining on that license to another product.
