    Hey there

    I’ve removed the connection to my old site, but no blank box to enter my new website address appears.
    What to do?

    Hi Jimi

    If you head to the new site, upload, and activate the plugin, it should automatically display on your account records with us. Can you give that a try and let me know how it goes?

    Just tried it.
    Unfortunately it didn’t help :-/

    Is there a latency?
    I have checked for 30 minutes.

    Can you share wth us your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/?

    By visiting your site, I am unable to see that Events Calendar Pro is installed/activated. Your system information should help us troubleshoot that.

    The Events Calendar Pro plugin is installed and activated on my site (according to the plugin list)

    However, it seems that there was a latency, as Danishsound.org is now listed in my License Keys.
