Licence number not working with WordPress, need it fixed

The licence number that was given to me is not registering with WordPress

Can you share your website address and System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/? This helps us to better troubleshoot what might be happening.

Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. Then go to Plugins » Installed Plugins » Upload to upload and activate Events Calendar Pro.  You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well.

Then get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.

You might have tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
