MemberHi Imran
Thank you very much for your thoughts. At this time, this is not a request we can really facilitate. We greatly appreciate your reviews and tips but for now we are focused on the reviews on https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/#reviews.
Thanks

MemberHey Doron
Event Aggregator is our only plugin that you don’t need to download. It is included in The Events Calendar.
Head over to Events > Settings > Licenses and add the license that we emailed to you.
Let me know if this works for now.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Math
It looks like this is part of your theme.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).ย
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey Owen
I think you’ve sorted out most of this
Test how your /events page looks when you change these settings: Events ยป Settings ยป Display ยป
Default stylesheet used for events templates
& Events template.

The other templates are largely determined by how your theme is coded. You are able to create custom templates. I’d suggest starting in our Themer’s Guide to get started.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Alfred
Without the Eventbrite Tickets plugin, you can still import events using our “Other URL” feature in Event Aggregator . It will work, but just not display the ability to purchase tickets on your own site.
If you’d like the ability to purchase tickets displayed, check out the Eventbrite Tickets plugin.
https://theeventscalendar.com/eventbrite-tickets-4-5-improved-features/ has some more news about our recent updates around Eventbrite.
I see that you have purchased Event Tickets Plus, which is the ability create your own tickets and sell them from your own site. This doesn’t really interface with Eventbrite. Would you like to change your license for either Event Aggregator or Eventbrite Tickets?
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Stefano
Events Calendar Pro requires also using an e-commerce. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each optionโs features and payment gateways.
Event Tickets by itself can interface with Paypal using the new Tribe Commerce feature. You can test this all out for free. However, Event Tickets does not have all the features of Plus, such as QR code check-ins, etc.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Simon
Our default tickets layout can be customized with some coding working your end. We recommend starting at Themer’s Guide for these changes to preserve your features upon update.
If you’d like to hire someone for this, please see our Find A Customizer guide.
Another alternative is if you happen to be using Beaver Builder with Themer. They’ve made it rather easy for people to drag and drop to rearrange the tickets pages as you might want.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there Marloes!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHey Tracy
We really would like to work with you on this.ย Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi Sarah
We do not offer something like that. It could be done, but would require a fair amount of customization on your part. For that, check out the Themer’s Guide as a starting point.
If you’d prefer to hire out for that, we recommend our Find A Customizer https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/ guide.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Thanks
