MemberHi Ketil
We have refunded your order. You should see the balance reach your account within 5-10 business days.
Thanks

MemberHi Sean
Have you used this license on a live site yet? I don’t is it connected elsewhere.
Also, have you disabled all other plugins except The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro then tried to activate?
If it still won’t authenticate that way, check for Javascript errors on the front AND back end where you authenticate the license. Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors
Please let me know if these tests provide any solutions.
Thanks

MemberHi Ketil
I’ll share this information with our refunds representative. In the meantime, can you please resubmit a form and let me know if you haven’t received an immediate confirmation email that the form was submitted?
Thanks

MemberHi Joanne
The premium forums or help desk is the place to go to ask for help troubleshooting errors on your site. You are in the presales area now, so we can’t answer technical questions here. The premium forums or help desk where we answer technical questions is very much like this, broken down by each plugin. These are not accessible with just the non-profit license but limited to paying plugin subscribers.
Does that make more sense?
Thanks

MemberHi there Rachel
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access) to their APIs (the protocols we use to โspeakโ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
As part of this, a number of new restrictions were applied to their Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers, and venues. These changesย went live with little noticeย to providers such as ourselves. At this point, it does not seem possible to reliably import any events, even if you created and โownโ events on Facebook and have linked Event Aggregator to Facebook using those same credentials.
This is frustrating for you, and for developers like us.ย As Facebook continues to alter what it allows us to access, we will continue to pursue a path forward for Event Aggregator to import Facebook events.ย We will continue to keep https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/ updated as this unfolds.
We really would like to work with you on this.ย Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

Can you confirm that you have installed The Events Calendar & Events Calendar Pro on the dev site?

Would you mind opening a new ticket for this new request? We’ll be better able to assist you with that in a new thread.
Thanks

MemberThanks Christine
When you disable all other plugins except ours and use a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, do test submissions get saved as a draft in your site?
Thanks

MemberHey Doron
Please install The Events Calendar on your staging site and temporarily add your Event Aggregator license key to the staging site.
You may need to refer to the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/ to sort out which site has the active license.
Event Aggregator is not a stand alone plugin. All the features are lightweight on the client site and rolled in to The Events Calendar. The actual processing work of importing events is handled on our servers.
Thanks

MemberHi Joanne
We assist subscribers in our premium forums or help desk, which non-profit organizations do not have access too.ย We also have several tutorials available to help you get this set up yourself.ย ย https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/
We do not offer other forms of support at this time.
Thanks

MemberHi Al
To display Eventbrite tickets on your site, you would need Eventbrite Tickets plugin.
Would you like to change your license for either Event Aggregator or Eventbrite Tickets?
Thanks
Courtney ๐Courtney
MemberHi Stefano
Event Tickets includes Paypal support. This is the basic free plugin that is still required to use Event Tickets Plus. Give Event Tickets a try on your site to see if it will meet your needs.
To use Paypal with Event Tickets Plus, you’ll still need to install WooCommerce or EDD.
Thanks

MemberHi Chelsea
Events Calendar Pro does have an export option for .ics files. Take a look in the lower right corner on our demo site: WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. You can also go in to single events and add just a single event to your personal calendar as well.
Finally, Event Aggregator can import .ics files into The Events Calendar.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Joanne
You can apply for our non-profit discountย by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
โ ๏ธPlease Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.
Event Tickets Plus does allow for a maxiumum number of tickets available for purchase and will stop sales after that is reached.
Tickets can be printed by also freely installing https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/pdf-tickets/.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/ can walk you through how to check guests in at the door.
To integrate Event Tickets Plus with a payment system, you will need to install an e-commerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionโs features and payment gateways.
Do you want to use single events, as shown by selecting individual events on our demo: WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/ or would you prefer to use tickets on pages/posts (not on events, as created by The Events Calendar). To enable tickets on pages, head to Events ยป Settings ยป Tickets ยป Post types that can have tickets and select pages.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
