Haven’t heard from you at all since the request was sent, how long does it normally take to hear back from you on refunds?
So sorry about the lack of response. We haven’t received your request. Can you resubmit again and if you do not get a confirmation message, please let me know within a day.
I send the form, but don’t get any confirmation email. Isn’t there some other way?
The invoice number is #1547207 and I would like a refund please, or a way to request a refund that works better.
