MemberHey there
I wasn’t able to find an .ICS file or other export option from this site. It is not using The Events Calendar to make use of importing via the “Other URL” option in Event Aggregator either.
Are you able to contact them to see if they can share an .ics file?
Thanks

MemberHi Kelly
We indeed have been working on such a tool. Check out our latest event calendar tool that you can use on Wix or any content management system: Loxi.io. You can get started with a free trial today and see if it will meet your needs.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Grace
You can test out The Events Calendar for free. This will display on-going events an does include a simple event widget to display on the front of your site in a sidebar or footer.
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/ that create may different ways to show your events.
We have a few other shortcodes for things such as single events https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/
Our payment is a yearly renewal to continue providing technical support and product development.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there
I’d recommend putting this at the end of the file in a child themeβs functions.php file or use the My Custom Functions plugin.Β
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/4291175-make-it-possible-to-print-calendar.

MemberHi Jason
Thanks so much for reaching out!
We really would like to work with you on this.Β Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi Rebecca
Did you deactivate all other plugins and use a default theme?
Our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ can walk you through this.Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).Β
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.Β
The back end of your site is the part only accessible when you log in. I am specifically curious if you are having Javascript errors on the license activation page. Can you check this as well, and send me a screenshot of this page? Events > Settings > Licenses
Thanks
