MemberHey Linda
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/?Â
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHey Lee
I checked your Javascript logs (Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors) and saw that you do not have a Google Maps API key.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/ should help you get that set up.
Note: https://theeventscalendar.com/important-google-maps-api-changes/
Google started requiring a credit card on file to use the Maps API key, however, they do not charge for the service. They are doing this as a way to limit spam issues.
Let me know if setting a key resolves this.
Thanks

MemberHi there
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ for full width views and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/ for smaller display areas.
Give some of those a try and let me know if it meets your needs.
Thanks

MemberHey Karen
Do you have a credit card on file for your Google Maps API Key? https://theeventscalendar.com/important-google-maps-api-changes/
They will not charge you to use the service, but now require it for the key to work properly.
Do you see any notice about fixing venue data? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-google-maps/#venuedata
The Map Settings section of the Events → Settings screen, that can be used to repair your venue data. Look for a button that says “Fix venues data.” Please click it, refresh your Map View and see if that makes a difference.
Please let me know if either of these helps get this working again.
Thanks

MemberHey Erwin
Event Tickets Plus is an annual renewal. That ongoing subscription provides you with updates and support.
However, all plugin functionality will continue to exist when your license expires as of the last update you received. No further plugin updates for security, new features, or support will be available though.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Eric, Thanks for that update. I’ll be sure to let our extensions team know about the potential conflict there. So sorry for the inconvenience.

MemberHi Lance
Glad to get this back on track with you.
I’d like to get a bit more clarity. Usually, the cost field only appears in The Events Calendar/ Events Calendar Pro. It doesn’t display when using Event Tickets.
Are you using https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/show-cost-field/?
What do you see on an event when you turn off Event Tickets/ET+? Does the “free” still display? And if you use the extension Show Cost Field, and also disable, does “Free” still display?
Then if you turn on Event Tickets/ET+, without that extension, and create a new event, does Free display anywhere?
I don’t see a license for Event Tickets Plus on this ticket, so I am gathering you likely aren’t using it on this site.
Your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ came through a bit mixed up, so it’s not easy to read through to determine some of the plugins/extensions that may be installed here. Would you mind copy/pasting that again here as a PRIVATE reply?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHey there sorry about that.
This should be the full piece of code if you add it via the templates, should be placed on the footer before the < / body > tag.
<script type="text/javascript"> setTimeout(function(){ jQuery(window).trigger('resize'); }); </script>Courtney
MemberHey James
Unfortunately, we do not offer a table method. You can see a live working version of all of our Events Calendar Pro views on WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/ in the top right corner.
If you’d like to dive deep and create your own view, check out our Themer’s Guide to get started. If it is a top priority for you to implement, consider our Find A Customizer resource.
Thanks

MemberHey Jacek
We do not offer a way to migrate these. However, our events are technically “custom post types”. I think a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-type-switcher/ should be able to handle that switch, though I haven’t tested it. Let me know if it works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Kelly
You may have heard about the Cambridge Analytica data breach with Facebook. As soon as that happened, Facebook put an abrupt stop to many app developers, including ours. We have tried to work with Facebook to restore the access the previously permitted us, but have just received notice that our app was declined. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/.
We may have a workaround involving using an iCal export from Facebook to import into your site. We are testing this method a bit further before officially recommending it. We will post an update on the linked site above if we are ready to suggest it.
So very sorry for this. We truly have tried working with and following up with Facebook repeatedly.
Thanks

MemberHi Gregory
I’m sorry the Photo View’s sort order isn’t quite as you’d hoped.
The Photo View uses jQuery Isotope to output the items in a Pinterest-type grid but not in a rigid row-column type grid.
You can view our Demo Site’s Photo View to compare its sorting to how your site is working.
The events are in order if you look at the top of each Photo View item in relationship to the top of the page (not in relationship to each other). Said another way, if your browser’s address bar is the North Pole, all the Photo View items are in order by the earlier start dates being “more north” than later events.
These 2 screenshots may be of further help:
If you’d like to see the sorting script improved, feel free to suggest it as an enhancement at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you’re wanting Photo View’s sorting or grid/layout customized for your site, I’d guess any customization would need to be done via JavaScript, not CSS. If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.
Thanks

MemberHey Laura
Can you try this:
[tribe_events view="day" date="today"]
Let me know if this works for you. Find other options in the day view at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/.
Thanks
