Hello,
I would like to clarify if this “Event Ticket Plus” like the business or personal package is when I buy it, it will be mine for life? or just for one year?

Event Tickets Plus is an annual renewal. That ongoing subscription provides you with updates and support.

However, all plugin functionality will continue to exist when your license expires as of the last update you received. No further plugin updates for security, new features, or support will be available though.

We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

I just purchased the event ticket plus. My non profit org website governing body wants me to change the buy now to say donate…. can we do that please? And also .. can we customize the ticket number sequence?
