MemberHi Brein
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/?ย This will not delete data on the inactive plugin site in the process. The plugin will continue to work, but just will not receive updates if it is inactive.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi there Perry
Yesterday we received a response from Facebook on our application resubmission. Unfortunately, they declined use of the Facebook Events API. We are exploring the method to export iCal from Facebook as a method to import it into Event Aggregator. Before promoting this method, we’re testing the limits of this a bit further. We will keep you posted if this method will work.
Thanks

MemberHi Shay
So sorry for the complications. You can override the heading styling. Check out our Themer’s Guide to avoid updates conflicting with your overrides.
I’ll close out this thread for now.
Thanks

MemberHey Hazel
Our products team lead hasn’t shared the exact wording in the response. We are exploring one option involving users exporting their own events via iCal from Facebook events and bringing that into Event Aggregator. We need to test the limits of this approach before suggesting it widely.
Thanks

MemberI’m seeing 2 versions of The Events Calendar in your screenshot. Can you be sure to delete the older version and see if that resolves this?
Thanks

MemberHey Michael
I checked in on this a bit more.
Add this snippet to either your child themeโs functions.php file or use the My Custom Functions plugin.ย
setTimeout(function(){ jQuery(window).trigger('resize'); });However this may conflict with another plugin or your theme if it is pulling in Google Maps data. Please test this code and also test against any plugins/themes by turning all off except ours, then re-enabliing 1 by 1 using a default theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/.
Let me know how this goes please.
Thanks

MemberHi Hazel
I spoke with the lead of our products/plugins about how persistent we’ve been. He shared that he has been actively tweeting at them a few times per week and recently spoke with the reporter who published this article: https://venturebeat.com/2018/07/31/developers-report-facebooks-revised-app-review-is-slow-and-confusing/
We received a declined notice today to restore the access that Facebook previously granted.
This is very disheartening. We will still push on to see if we can find creative solutions around this.
Thanks

MemberHey John
I’m so sorry about that. Any chance your theme had an update?
Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance ยป Customize ยป Additional CSS?
#tribe-events-content a { color: #000 !important; }Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHey Eric
Can you check that The Events Calendar is also updated? Both plugins need to be updated to the most current version.
Thanks

If you don’t receive a notice that we’ve received your message, please let me know.
Thanks

MemberOh goodness, I can appreciate handling clients that way. Feel free to let them know our typical response time per ticket is 24 – 48 hours weekdays.
If you want your eventโs tickets displayed in your WooCommerce Shop, you could change their visibility using this snippet.

My teamamte Cliff originally shared this on a previous ticket: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/woocommerce-products-and-events-on-the-same-store/
Let me know how it goes.

MemberHey Michael
Can you share your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ with us privately by copy/pasting it to this thread.
Also, can you provide a link to a specific event where the map doesn’t display as expected?
Thanks

MemberHi Leslie
Weโre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourย Scope of Supportย /ย Terms.
If you’d prefer to hire someone to help you implement that amount of customization without using that theme, check out our Find A Customizer https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/.
