    Hi,

    i’ve rebuyed the aggregator license after over one your and inserted the key in the backend.

    If i import facebook events, nothing happens. First time i see a record in the history with 0 items (but there are events on the fb event page) and no records in the event table.

    Trying a further FB-url-import really nothing happens. There’s no record in the history and surely no record in the event table.

    Deinstalling and reinstalling the aggregator and event plugin nothing changes.

    What can i do?

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.

    As part of this, a number of new restrictions were applied to their Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers, and venues. These changes went live with little notice to providers such as ourselves. At this point, it does not seem possible to reliably import any events, even if you created and ‘own’ events on Facebook and have linked Event Aggregator to Facebook using those same credentials.

    Needless to say, we are just as stuck and frustrated as our clients on this issue. We’ve been waiting over 12 weeks now for a response from Facebook regarding our application resubmission.     Hi,

    In this case, the event calendar is worthless for me and I would like to
    cancel my order from today. Please refund me the purchase price and delete
    the license keys.
