MemberHi Megan
You can apply for our non-profit discount by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
When submitting the request, do share some of these details as well for LaToya to review.
⚠️Please Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Deborah
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin. You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.
If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Thomas
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
As part of this, a number of new restrictions were applied to their Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers, and venues. These changes went live with little notice to providers such as ourselves. At this point, it does not seem possible to reliably import any events, even if you created and ‘own’ events on Facebook and have linked Event Aggregator to Facebook using those same credentials.
Needless to say, we are just as stuck and frustrated as our clients on this issue. We’ve been waiting over 12 weeks now for a response from Facebook regarding our application resubmission. We will continue to keep you updated through our social channels, blog posts, newsletters, and on https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi Yuri
Hello
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions? I am seeing WooCommerce is a bit behind.
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Whenever troubleshooting, it’s best to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
If there’s nothing obvious (such as a console error or WP_DEBUG message) pointing you to what might be the problem, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.
You might find your plugin conflict quickly by using Plugin Detective https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/.
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Please share or reshare in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey there Scott
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/?
Let me know if that resolves this.
Thanks

MemberHey there
You can see the different views available at Events » Settings » Display » Enable event views
You can test out the different views on WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/ in the top right corner. Some of the views on this site are features within Events Calendar Pro specifically, such as photo view.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Fran
Unfortunately, Filter Bar doesn’t work with shortcodes. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
I notice that you posted in the pre-sales forum. Do you have Events Calendar Pro and Filter Bar?
Thanks

MemberHi Leslie
It looks like the customization added to the Events page on this site is from their theme: https://themify.me/themes/corporate.
If you want to add your own customizations, check out our Themer’s Guide.

MemberHey there Heather
Unfortunately, this is related to a known bug that we are currently working on.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this. The good news is that we plan to release an update later today that should fix this and you will be contacted as soon as it is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks

MemberHey Paul
You could use shortcodes to achieve this using list view.
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
Would this work for you?
Thanks

MemberHey there
I discovered your website is licensed to https://www.insidepropertyinvesting.com/, not the address on file in this ticket. I viewed that site and checked for Javascript errors. Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors. I noticed an error message from Google Maps.
Have you added a Google Maps API key? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
Other troubleshooting can be found at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-google-maps/.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue for you.
Thanks

MemberHey there Paul
I see your license is activated on theroebuckinn.apps-1and1.net. However, you listed http://www.theroebuckinn.online as the active site. Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/? I believe that should resolve this.
Thanks
Courtney 🙂August 1, 2018 at 7:46 am in reply to: Can I show 4 columns in Photo view rather than 3 and how please? #1587521Courtney
MemberHey there Junchol
Unfortunately, we don’t have an easy way to accomplish that. The Photo View uses jQuery Isotope to output the items in a Pinterest-type grid but not in a rigid row-column type grid.
If you’d like to see the script improved, feel free to suggest it as an enhancement at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you’re wanting Photo View’s sorting or grid/layout customized for your site, I’d guess any customization would need to be done via JavaScript, not CSS. If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.
Thanks
