MemberHi Roberta
I’m not sure I’m following exactly. At this time, Community Events does not have shortcode support.
Do you want staff to log in to the back end of WordPress? Would you rather they submit events from the front end that require permission to go live?
Do check out the Community Events page to see how it might work.
Thanks

MemberHi there
Unfortunately, we don’t have tickets set up for that. We’d suggest moving this on to custom development either by digging in to our Themer’s Guide or hiring one of these developers to see this through: Find A Customizer.
Weโre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourย Scope of Supportย /ย Terms.
So sorry about that. I was hoping to have a quick solution for you.
Thanks

MemberOh I’m sorry Rachel
I should’ve confirmed if you were using Events Calendar Pro.
Advanced Post Manager only works with Events Calendar Pro.
Many apologies about that. We do not have a way for just Event Aggregator users to run the filters.
Thanks

MemberHi there
Could you open a new ticket regarding the email ticket issue. Be sure to run through our testing for conflicts before starting that thread.

MemberHey John
To see the free plugin The Events Calendar in action, please add it to a website you’ve created. If you don’t want to add it to a live site, you could use a tool like https://local.getflywheel.com/ to install WordPress locally to test it out.
Thanks

MemberHey Jason
I’ll check with our teammate LaToya who handles the applications.

MemberHi there Emma
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access) to their APIs (the protocols we use to โspeakโ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
As part of this, a number of new restrictions were applied to their Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers, and venues. These changesย went live with little noticeย to providers such as ourselves. At this point, it does not seem possible to reliably import any events, even if you created and โownโ events on Facebook and have linked Event Aggregator to Facebook using those same credentials.
Needless to say, we are just as stuck and frustrated as our clients on this issue. We will continue to keep you updated through our social channels, blog posts, newsletters, and on https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/. We have applied for Facebook’s reconsideration, and last heard back from them over 11 weeks ago. We continue to wait.
We really would like to work with you on this.ย Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHey Bryan
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.ย
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.ย You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.ย
If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Dirk
Our QR code app will scan all QR codes created by site that have Event Tickets Plus installed. It doesn’t matter if the ticket was created in Event Tickets Plus or Community Events / Community Tickets, so long as the site is running Event Tickets Plus.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Riccardo
Hi there
At this time, we do not have a demo of the back end.ย However, you can see for a demo of the front end of our products.ย Check it out at WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/.ย
Read more at: Do you have a demo, examples I can see, or trial licenses?
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Rachel
Check out Advanced Post Manager.
Learn more about how to use features like saving filters for faster sorting in our guide: Filter and sort events with Advanced Post Manager https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/filter-and-sort-events-with-advanced-post-manager/.
Let me know if this meets your needs.

MemberHi there ๐
At this time, we do not have a way to create a second form. You might consider integrating with a form tool such as WPForms or Gravity Forms. Here’s a quick tutorial I wrote about that: https://wpforms.com/create-a-user-submitted-events-calendar-in-wordpress/
Let me know if I can be of further help.
Thanks

MemberHi there
Can you confirm that Events Calendar Pro is installed and activated? I don’t see it in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/.
Head to Plugins ยป Installed Plugins</strong. This should be installed in addition to The Events Calendar.
Then head to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to confirm that your license is activated (in the ECP field, not in the Event Aggregator Field
Thanks
