Additional Event Submission Form?

Hi there,
I am wondering if it is possible to have an additional (so just 2 in total) Event Submission Forms? We want one version of the Submission form to show the Additional Fields area (so it will be a fairly long form for our internal staff to fill in) and the other version not to show the Additional Fields (a shorter version for our Resellers). I hope this makes sense.

At this time, we do not have a way to create a second form. You might consider integrating with a form tool such as WPForms or Gravity Forms. Here’s a quick tutorial I wrote about that: https://wpforms.com/create-a-user-submitted-events-calendar-in-wordpress/

Hi there,
Great thanks for this. We have installed the plugin that you recommended and it seems to be doing what we need. I do have an additional question:

* Where can I find the Post Meta codes for Ticket information? I can see that you link to the Custom Meta Code area here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-post-meta-data/ however I can’t see any ticket meta there. Using the Form Builder you mention, I want to map Tickets and Ticket costs as form fields into the Ticket area ofthe Events Calendar (which we also have installed on our site).

* Are you able to confirm which Organizer meta code to use to map the Organizer name from my form into Events Calendar? Is it _EventOrganizerID _OrganizerOrganizer ?

Unfortunately, we don’t have tickets set up for that. We’d suggest moving this on to custom development either by digging in to our Themer’s Guide or hiring one of these developers to see this through: Find A Customizer.

We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.

So sorry about that. I was hoping to have a quick solution for you.
