the event calendar pro doesn’t work

I bought the event calendar pro but doesn’t work.
I activated the api keys but nothing… When I creat the new events I haven’t the add on functions.
Another problem is that when I had the free version I saw the calendar on my phone and now it’s not possible.

How can I resolve this problems?

Hi there

Can you confirm that Events Calendar Pro is installed and activated? I don’t see it in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/.

Head to Plugins » Installed Plugins</strong. This should be installed in addition to The Events Calendar.

Then head to Events » Settings » Licenses to confirm that your license is activated (in the ECP field, not in the Event Aggregator Field
