MemberHello Preben
I’ve moved this thread to the Event Tickets Plus forum.
What email address did you use when purchasing Event Tickets Plus? Have you logged in with that email address? Use the key shown in that account.
Then place it in Events » Settings » Licenses and save these settings.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Subham
Can you help me understand a little better about what you are asking? Is it the theme or the timeline shown in the photo? We do not create the theme or the timeline. You might discover what they are by visiting their website.
The products of ours that they are using include:
-

The Events Calendar

Filter Bar

Eventbrite Tickets

Events Calendar PROWhat else can I have you with?
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberOh – I just remembered – have your first installed the free Event Tickets? https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets/

MemberHi Eric
Our records indicate your WooCommerce Tickets expired March 2 2016. I see that you’ve just renewed Event Tickets Plus and it is valid for 2 years. Is that as you expected?
Your license key should go in Events » Settings » Licenses » Event Tickets Plus. Then save changes at the bottom of this screen
Please let me know if that works.

MemberHello Pim
If there is a translation file for the plugin in wp-content/languages/plugins then that is the one that will be used – so you’d need to place the new files in there (but I should add, next time WP downloads a fresh translation, it will overwrite whatever is in there).
Did you compiled to a .mo file (and not just create a new .po file)?

MemberHello Allister
Can you send me a link to this exact page? I’d like to take a closer look.
Also, it is really helpful to include your System Info for each support thread. Can you reply with that privately?
Thanks,

MemberHello Parafinczuk
Unfortunately, I don’t have a way to adjust that. Some of the extra columns that you see there, such as thumbnails and SEO scores, are determined by other plugins on your website.
You could double check under the “Screen Options” tab at the very top right to see if it offers any choices to turn off.
Let me know if that works.

MemberHi Michele
We’ve seen this bug pop up this week. Sorry that your site is having the issue as well.
I am flagging this post to notify you as soon as a solution is available. Currently most of our staff is at the annual company retreat, and should be back soon to notify regarding this bug.
Is there anything else I can help you with at this time?
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Chris
Yes, I’d still suggest following the knowledge base article that you’ve linked to for this.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHi Christian
Community Events would allow users to do as you are describing.
For each venue (dojo) they would need to submit an event. So if they need 3 dojos at a time, they’d submit the event 3x. Unfortunately that’s the limits of the current plugin. However, that would still achieve the end result.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,

MemberHi Matthew,
Could you send a private reply along with your System Info?
When you reinstalled Events Calendar Pro, did you first reactivate The Events Calendar? And then Pro? And then confirm that your license is active?
I hope I can help you resolve this.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂March 29, 2017 at 1:43 pm in reply to: EventBrite Plugin on Multisite not registering correctly #1261719Courtney
MemberHi Matt
Can you run through the Testing for Conflicts?
Even with the error message, the plugin should display the Import Eventbrite tickets.
Please keep me posted. Most of our team is away for the annual company retreat. As soon as they have returned, I’ll be sure to ask around for those more experienced with multisite issues.
Thanks,

MemberHi Eric
I’m sorry this is still such an issue. Regarding the updates, you are entitled to auto-updates on a single site. However, the issues to get auto-updates working on a multi-site license are more extensive than we’ve had resources to allocate towards resolving that at this time.
I will ask our developers about why the license isn’t valid message stays open.
Have you tried Testing for Conflicts to resolve the schedule multiple events issue? I’ve seen this issue before be caused by a theme. It is still worth also retesting plugins as well.
Let me know what you find out about the theme conflict.
Thanks,
