MemberHi Jason
That is a very odd display. I’m sorry this is happening.
Does the same thing happen with a different theme, such as Twenty Seventeen? For additional troubleshooting, review our Testing for Conflicts Guide.
Let me know what you find with the conflicts.
Thanks,
Courtney πCourtney
MemberHi Jason
I’m sorry this is happening. Can you confirm that you’ve also deactivated all other plugins? Also Testing for Conflicts suggests clearing out the cache.
Let me know what results you’ve had with either of those as well.
Thanks,

MemberHello Guilherme
It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Thanks,

MemberHi AJ
I can see that you have The Events Calendar plugin installed. Can you confirm that the plugin is activated as well?
If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest performing another round of Testing for Conflicts.
I hope I can help you get this resolved soon.
Thanks,

MemberHi George,
To get the best help possible, I’m going to move this thread into the Translations forum. Our company retreat is about to conclude, and I expect you’ll get a response from one of the translation team soon.

MemberHi Michael
I’m sorry this is happening to you.
I’d like to confirm that you have disabled all other plugins and tried a default theme while troubleshooting, per our Testing for Conflicts guide.
When you perform this search, are you doing so from the search box on the WP-Admin Dashboard Β» Events screen or from your front-end /events page?
Thanks,

MemberHi Lars
I discovered this may be a bug. Β Can you create a test event using the Community Events Add page. The time there will still look like a 24hr format.
But when you preview the test page, or even published, it should show in 24hr format.
It is not ideal, and I am flagging this thread so that you will be notified as soon as this is resolved.
I hope this works for now for you.
Let me know if the event preview/published view displays in 24hr time please.
Thanks,
Courtney πCourtney
MemberHi Kim
Go to EventsΒ Β» Event Categories.
Then hover your mouse over one of the categories you want to filter out.
Look in the footer of your browser forΒ tribe_events_cat&. The number after that is the category ID number you will fill in to the CSS code shown in the previous thread.

Let me know if that works.

MemberHi Christian
This will work. However, it requires just an extra step. You’ll need to go to WordPress Β» Settings Β» General and select the time format H:i for 24hour time.
On the front end, the submitting user will still see a 12 hour clock option. I am submitting the feature request for 24 hour display there now.
After you’ve approved the submitted event, other visitors will see it in 24hour time as you wanted.
I’ll flag this topic to be followed up when the feature becomes available.
Thanks,

MemberHi Chris
Typically I’d recommend adding this to your child theme’s functions.php file. However, you could also use something like the WordPress plugin: My Custom Functions.
If you get stuck, do take a look at the Themer’s Guide as well.
Let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi Preben
To start, can you review Testing for Conflicts and test by disabling all other plugins and using a default WordPress theme? Does the issue still persist?
Can you also send along your System Info in a private reply?
Thanks,

MemberHello Drew
Yes, you can transfer your license. However, depending upon your host, you may not need to. Often if you activate the license on your primary site and your host provides staging, it will also work on the staging site cloned from the main site.
Let me know if you get stuck.
Thanks,

MemberHi Jay
I’m sorry you are having that experience. Before I can assist much further, there are some things that will help me troubleshoot your issues.
- Please review Testing for Conflicts. Often this issue is a plugin conflict. Be sure to test with all other plugins disabled, and if that still doesn’t resolve the matter,
try a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Seventeen. - Please send a private reply with your System Info.
Let me know if the conflict test reveals the problem.
