MemberHi Bryon
What happens when you go to Events » Venues? Are you seeing the 1 behind the venues listed there as well?
I hope we can get this resolved soon.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHello Ven
We don’t have any specific integration built for BuddyPress but there are no known conflicts between the plugins, so they should work smoothly alongside. There’s a third-party plugin that integrates The Events Calendar with BuddyPress → https://shop.opentuteplus.com/product/buddypress-events-calendar-plugin/
Basically I’d say you need to test this out for yourself, while we don’t have a trial period, you can go ahead and purchase the products for testing. If you decide they are not what you are looking for, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For more information take a look at our refund policy.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help.
Thanks,

MemberHello Carol
When I visited your site, I didn’t see the same errors you mentioned. The widget worked as expected for me.
Could you clear your cache and let me know if that helps?
If it doesn’t, can you tell me which browsers you’ve tried viewing the widget in?
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,

MemberHello Sean
Our only front-end event submission involves using the Community Events addon. It allows events to be submitted as a draft, or public if you prefer.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHello Arnua
The first place to start is with Testing for Conflicts. Can you disable all other plugins and see if you get the same result?
If that doesn’t work, try a default WordPress theme, such a Twenty Seventeen.
Let me know if this reveals the conflict.
Thanks,

MemberHi Jeff
You absolutely can do this. To learn more about our RSS feed option, see https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/events-rss-feed/.
Also, you can do some customization work on the RSS feed as needed. This exceeds our support services, but if you wanted to check it out: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/customize-rss-feed/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,

MemberHi Gabrielle
The same process is not applicable when you want to update to a Multisite one. For this update you’ll need to reach out to [email protected], and attach the invoice (sent by mail when the purchase was made) for the license you want to upgrade.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtney
MemberHi Eric
Yes, when you activate the plugin, you’ll go to Events » Settings » Community » Default status for submitted events and set that to Draft.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHi Charles
If you wish to completely transfer your account with us to them, including all plugins/support, you can go to My Account and edit your account’s details to be the new owner’s details (name, email address, etc), or you can have them purchase their own license.
If you want to consider going that route, please email us at support @ the events calendar.com from the account you purchased through and provide details about your client so we can thoroughly research this and handle it privately via email.

MemberHi Christine
I am stepping in for Cliff while he attends our company retreat. He should be back in within a few days.
Could you try the solution Cliff mentioned:
https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/0142cad413df89d0b6515e17e5084041
I’m afraid the CSS code you are using may be the element limiting your ability to view other months. 🙁
Please let us know if Cliff’s solution works.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHello Dave
I found that another user posted a similar question. Could you check through the response Andras provided this client?
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/hyperlink-the-title-of-the-tool-tip/#dl_post-1147401Let me know if that works for you.

MemberHello Phillip
What is your domain name? I clicked the link provided in your profile, but received a HostGator landing page instead.
Have you installed Event Tickets along with Event Tickets Plus? In the log of your System Info, I didn’t see Event Tickets.
When you go to Events » Settings » Tickets, are you able to select post types that should have tickets?
Finally, did you notice any plugin or theme conflicts when Testing for Conflicts?
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHello Danna
Most of our support staff is away on the annual company retreat. They are far more advanced at translation issues than I am. I expect you should have an answer when they return in a few days.
Until then, I am moving this post to the Translations forum for them to find.
Thanks,

MemberHi Charlotte
I tried testing a similar setup locally and wasn’t able to reproduce the effect.
On today’s events on your site, the featured event appears first as expected. However, on tomorrow’s events, I do see things out of order a bit. Are any of these recurring events?
Also, please review our Testing for Conflicts Guide. Can you test to see if there is a plugin or theme conflict?
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂 -
