ParticipantWe purchased two plugins on behalf of a customer whose site we are building. Now, for some reason, they are convinced that they need access to our account. Since it is a company account, we don’t want to give them our login. Is there some way to move those two plugins and license keys into an account in their name?
The two plugins are licensed to stockyardlive.com.

MemberHi Charles
If you wish to completely transfer your account with us to them, including all plugins/support, you can go to My Account and edit your account’s details to be the new owner’s details (name, email address, etc), or you can have them purchase their own license.
If you want to consider going that route, please email us at support @ the events calendar.com from the account you purchased through and provide details about your client so we can thoroughly research this and handle it privately via email.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂March 31, 2017 at 6:14 am #1262528stratweb
ParticipantCourtney,
That is not at all what I asked. Please read again and answer the question I asked.

MemberSorry Charles,
Those are the only options we have available. I’d suggest the client purchase their own license in this case.
Thanks,

ParticipantThat is the problem. They gave us the money and we purchased it with our company account like we usually do. They are not going to purchase it again.
Can you please ask someone else about this. I see no reason why this can’t be done. Maybe your supervisor can make it happen?
