Events Woo Commerce or Events Tickets Plus

Hello,

I purchased a license key for Woo Commerce Tickets and then I find out that it has been replaced by Events Tickets Pro. I purchased a license for Events Ticket Pro, but I was unable to find where ti activate the license. Please advise. If Woo Commerce is no longer in use, I should not have been able to purchase a license for it. I would like a refund for Woo commerce Tickets and instructions on how to activate the license for Events Tickets Plus.

Hi Eric

Our records indicate your WooCommerce Tickets expired March 2 2016. I see that you’ve just renewed Event Tickets Plus and it is valid for 2 years. Is that as you expected?

Your license key should go in Events » Settings » Licenses » Event Tickets Plus. Then save changes at the bottom of this screen

Hello Courtney,

I just followed the steps you indicated, and the Events Tickets Pro license doesn’t show up. I was only able to find and download Events Tickets and not Events Tickets Pro. My license for Events Calendar Pro is good until 2018. I have paid for 3 licenses, but I only need 2. Please advise.
