MemberTo downgrade, go to My Account ยป Downloads and select an earlier version. Download that. Deactivate and delete the current version on your site, upload the earlier version.
To change event update authority, go to Events ยป Settings ยป Import and modify the Event Update Authority from there.
The good news is that this bug is set to be fixed in our next maintenance release, roughly 2 weeks away.

MemberHi Arnau
I’m sorry about the delay. I asked one of our translation experts to take a look at this. We tested using the mentioned WPML plugins, and our plugins, all on the latest versions and could not replicate the issue.
Can you run through this same scenario, including using a default theme? Everything possible running the latest versions.
Thanks

MemberHi Rowan
Our plugin will not display a Google Calendar. It will display our own styled calendar on your site. As an example, see wpshindig.com/events/. However, with Event Aggregator, an additional plugin, you will be able to import events from Google Calendar to our plugin on your site.
The cost for Event Aggregator is $89 annually.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,

MemberHi Eriq
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key? After that, let me know if you are still unable to run the updates.
Thanks

I’d love to take a closer look. Can you send a private reply with your System Info for me to look into further?

MemberHello Martino
Unfortunately, you can only use one shortcode on a page at a time.
You can add additional shortcode widgets instead to the page, but I’m afraid none are in map view either.
The markers of map view are set by the event venues.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks,

Also, can you point me to the exact page that this issue is happening on?

MemberHi Wayne
Can you check the steps on Moving Your License Key? I think you should see any domains that should not be active there.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks,

MemberHi John
It’d be good to review PRO Additional Fields.
To see additional fields in Event Tickets Plus (Woo or RSVP):

From the front end:

Custom fields back end:

To get those to display on the front of your site, you’d need to work with your theme developer on how to display custom fields. Our Themer’s Guide might be useful for reference on this.
Is there anything else I can do to help you?

MemberHi Wade
I’d like to help you out further with this. Can you send a private reply of your System Info? That might give me a few more insights into the problem here.
Also, have you tried Testing for Conflicts by deactivating all plugins and using a default theme to see if you can replicate the issue? Before we can go much further, we need to know if there are conflicts that other plugins may be causing.
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker!
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

When I loaded your site, I saw 8 images in the preview. Are you seeing that now as well?
