I keep getting the following warning/error messages on our website:

    1) The following plugins are out of date: Events Calendar PRO 4.2.5. All add-ons contain dependencies on The Events Calendar and will not function properly unless paired with the right version. Learn More.

    2) There is new version of The Events Calendar PRO available but your license key is out of installs. Learn more or manage your licenses.

The website domain was changed from .net (temp staging site) to .org (actual site) a while back, but the license doesn’t expire until September of this year, months from now. I checked the license info and it’s currently set to the .org, which is CORRECT. (the .net version of the site hasn’t existed in over a year as it was just a temporary development site)

Why can’t I update the PRO plugin when it’s April 2017, and the license doesn’t expire until September??? I’ve tried everything to no avail…

    Hi Eriq

Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key? After that, let me know if you are still unable to run the updates.

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
