I’m sorry that is happening. It looks like that is the venue name. However, when I go to view your site, there are no upcoming events.

Can you send me your System Info? For some reason, I’m unable to view it.
The Filter Bar is designed to display on the default event page in particular. I’m not sure why you are seeing the display the way it looks on https://raceconnections.com/events/. Is this the page set as default still? (Events ยป Settings ยป General ยป Events URL slug).
Can you also test how your /events page looks when you change these settings: Events ยป Settings ยป Display ยป

Finally, is this all happening when you go through the Testing for Conflicts guide?

The file upload size is actually a setting within your WordPress install, and not determined by our plugin. Here’s an article on how to increase that size: How to Increase the Maximum File Upload Size in WordPress.

All our plugins will be compatible together. The only time that I’ve noticed people intentionally running an outdated version of the plugin is in use with WPML.
As always, back up the site and if possible, test everything on a staging server.

Can you check that the Event Aggregator is connected to your current license key? See My Account ยป Licenses to find your current key.

I’d like to look into this further. Can you send me your System Info and a link to the page this is happening on?
Our plugins do observe the WP time settings (Setting ยป General ยป Timezone & Time Format). You can also check at Events ยป Settings ยป General ยป Enable timezone support.
Does the 12hr setting appear when you are scheduling events? Does the 12hr setting appear on the published single event listing?

You should try resending the email to
support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com
removing spaces and [ ] plus correcting the @. We write it out this way to avoid getting spam. I am not seeing your email even in the inbox/spam there.
Also send the same message to the form on https://theeventscalendar.com/contact/ and select “Help Accessing My Account” in the dropdown option at the bottom of the page.

It looks like you may have tried to attach an image for me. Unfortunately, we are unable to receive images attached to email responses at this time. If you did try to attach an image, could you visit the support forum thread directly to upload the image?
I’m double checking on the single event – you deleted the ticket from this event and published the page again? And the same thing happens when all other plugins are disabled and you are using a default theme?
I am still seeing a ticket in the right column of the page, but have been unable to replicate the issue locally on my end.
