MemberHey Nathaniel
So sorry to hear about the glitch. Our last round of updates may be conflicting with your theme. please follow these troubleshooting steps to see if we can trace that conflict down.
Whenever troubleshooting, it’s best to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
If there’s nothing obvious (such as a console error or WP_DEBUG message) pointing you to what might be the problem, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.
You might find your plugin conflict quickly by using Plugin Detective https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/.
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Please share or reshare in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Jim
Unfortunately, Facebook doesn’t seem to be prepared to provide the event data that they formerly had for services like ours. You can read more about it at https://theeventscalendar.com/important-facebook-api-changes/.
However, we have 2 options that might work for you still. They are no where near as ideal as the former method was. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-import-facebook-events-into-event-aggregator/ can walk you through the steps.
Let me know if I can help with any other questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Kevin
Event Aggregator can import events from one The Events Calendar site to another.
Events Calendar Pro pro license does allow for the plugins to be used on up to 3 domains at a time. However, the calendars aren’t connecting events. It would be 3 separate installs.
Does that clarify things a bit?
Thanks

MemberHey Heinz
Ah, the WordPress customizer can be particular that way. Does it look as you want on the front end now?
Some of our extensions are released as such on their way to becoming part of our premium plugins. The customizer extension is one of our more recent releases, and I do hope to see it make its way into Events Calendar Pro soon.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Arne
Glad you got the license key working.
Could you open a new ticket regarding the customizations? That will ensure you get the best help for that issue.
Thanks

MemberHey there
Are you able to get an iCal feed from Veracross that encompasses all the events you would like to use on your site? I see that Veracross offers personalized iCal feeds. If they can offer one for your public calendar of events, that would work well for Event Aggregator .
We do not directly connect with them at this time. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Thanks

MemberHi Caroline
At this exact time, we do not have an alternative map option. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com. We will notify you there when we have a solution released.
However, we are in the process of reviewing and developing alternative map options. I do not have an estimated timeframe to share at this time.
Thanks

MemberHi Kevin
At this time, The Events Calendar and its related plugins are only able to work on the site that they are installed on.
However, we have another solution that may meet your needs.
Check out our latest event calendar tool that you can use on any content management system: Loxi.io. You can get started with a free trial today and see if it will meet your needs. A licensed version will let you embed the calendar on multiple sites.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Ezekial
At this time, we do not have a way to use multiple shortcodes for [tribe_events] on the same page. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
However, our new service, Loxi.io could achieve this for you. You can use the Loxi embed to serve data from a TEC customer site if they are interested in doing some testing/experimentation with us. You can get started with a free trial today and if you’re up for testing, we can arrange for a complimentary subscription to get this achieved.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Jon
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-import-facebook-events-into-event-aggregator/ details the only 2 options left for importing Facebook events into Event Aggregator . I wish we had a better option that restored the full functionality.
Thanks

MemberHey Lia
Currently, our own Facebook import option is not as full-featured as the Event Aggregator method had been. You can check it out at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-import-facebook-events-into-event-aggregator/.
Community Events is a super useful plugin, but does not schedule imports with Event Aggregator at this time.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Thanks

MemberFirst, can you to to the Dashboard » Updates and check for any plugin updates?
If there’s an update that won’t apply, disable all other plugins except The Events Calendar and try updating it. Then update Events Calendar Pro next.
After that, can you share a screenshot of
Plugins » Installed Plugins
Thanks
